The Village at Holly Park

This complex is unrecognizable since the newest owners took over. The landscaping looks great now and I love the new paint they just put up.

Rent is at a great price and it’s a very quiet area. Would definitely recommend

Being retired military, I have rented in many different places. Jenell, the manager at Village at Holly Park is by far the best manager I've ever had. She has been extremely helpful throughout my move in as well as my first year on the property. She is 100% honest and always by the book. She always promptly handles any and all issues that affect the residents. I haven't had to rely on the maintenance man (Terry) very often but of the couple of times I've requested his assistance, he arrived right away and immediately addressed the issue. Nothing but outstanding service from this staff.

I have been living here at Holly Park for five years. In the past two years I have noticed that the over all Park has improved in appearance in maintenance. Old cars removed. Prompt service for upkeep of things in my apartment. Very respectful of privacy when seeking access for repairs. I like the fact that management very seldom asks for access to my apartment when they do they are very accommodating. Pest control and yard maintenance has improved from ok to STELLAR. About the Manager and family they are very respectful and courteous. Miss Jenell has several times "bent over backwards" to help me understand some of the contract rules and changes made by new owners here. This is so important because a company's success is often dependent on how they communicate and handle customers.. Her conduct and that of the maintenance supervisor is always beyond what I have seen in my 65+ years in courtesy, respect, and consideration of me as an individual.
I have written many reviews but seldom give a 5 star. I give A 5+star to this rental team.......... by

I have been living here since Jun. 2009.
I am pleased with the Apartment Manager Jenelle Philson.
Shes a proven leader.
Shes sacrificial; she works even in early morning hours to help us here with Emergencies.I speak from experience.
She acts fast to accomplish maintenance requests and even faster with Emergencies.
She has a network of different Contractors to fulfill all maintenance operations in which Ive experienced multiple times to replace repair and upgrade my apartment home here at Holly Hills.Shes has proven to be a Manager who seeks to make everyone comfortable and safe while living here. Thanks Jenelle.

I've been living here for some time now and the landlord is so warm and welcoming. she has great communication skills and i haven't had any major issues so far living here.For the price this place is worth it, its a quiet, nice neighborhood and i have a toddler so safety is key and this place makes me feel safe outside of crazy Columbus. I hates bugs of all kind and its clean here and if you keep up with exterminating your A okay! This place is definitely worth coming to look at!! Shes great and i'm enjoying my time here, and so are my two fur babies.

Clean & Quiet Complex (pet friendly). Ms.Consuela, the new property manager is very nice and extremely helpful and cares about her tenants.No matter what you're going through, she is always very understanding and tries to help out in any way possible.Maintenance is always very helpful and does everything in a timely manner. Overall great place for relocation.

I've call this property and the young lady on the phone was very nice and sweet. She was the community manager Consuela.She took the time and did a video call on Duo with me. Very knowledgeable and professional on her call and pretty I must say. Once I get my orders I will be applying at this location. Only place that answered the phone after calling six locations. That's shows someone cares about their job and community. Thanks Consuela for your help. Look out for my application my next home for two years.

Jenell is an amazing manager. She is there if you have any concerns and makes you feel like you are family. She helped me tremendously when I first moved to Georgia and has made me feel at home ever since!!!

This is my first time meeting Consuela. I heard she is one sweet lady. She asked me to come into office to speak with me. She helped me set up my auto pay on my portal. She even offered to help me look for a washer and dryer. We are blessed to have someone like her at this property. God has blessed her with a gift and she's going to be a blessing to Holly Park.

After living at the Ralston Towers Downtown Columus, Moving over at The Village at Holly Park has been a breath of FRESH AIR!!! Jenell the Property Manager is so Professional and I just Love her spirit. She really loves the property and it shows everyday. Terry the Maintenance is also very professional and He gets right to every request asap! Thank you for these two professionals. I recommend Living here to EVERYONE!!!

Living at The Village At Holly Park has been so nice. The maintenance guy Terry handles everything right away and Jenell...She is amazing! She's always there for you even after hours. This community has been purchased by a new company and has awesome new management! Since they took over, the apartments have been getting upgraded and paying rent online is so easy! The staff is really friendly and professional, and maintenance issues are quickly repaired. I highly recommend living here!

Since my time here at this complex, I have had a great response to any and all questions and service calls.... the on-site management (Jenell) has been very friendly, professional and easily accessible and approachable..... I would rent here again if I was to be back in the Fort Benning area..... I would greatly recommend renting from this site
