Vision Department was a warming and caring department. Dr. Walker was very knowledgeable and educational on keeping my eyes healthy. The Tech Ms. Adams gave me great customer services and very welcoming. It was a pleasant office visit.

Always great service and attention to detail by all the medical staff and those that are not medical.

Great place always clean and the employees are so nice.

Could improve

I have gone here for years. They over work all of their employees, the doctor (Dr Gullat) is now the only main doctor they have. She is overworked and overwhelmed. I have been out of my medication for over a month now and can’t seem to get my medication on time even though I call a week in advance for my refills. (I was supposed to have it around the 10th the first time and got it on the 21st. Then was supposed to get it on the 21st and here I am going on the 20th of the following month with no medication still!) The pharmacy is understaffed, the entire facility is understaffed and overbooked! You go in for an appointment at 1 and won’t see the doctor until 5:30-6. The staff they do have are incredibly helpful and nice. The system is just completely understaffed. Errors happen due to this.

This is the worst place ever to go to for medical attention. I was never seen too the way that i should have been. The doctor would always ignore my cry out for help, she would tell me that we're only gonna discuss what we're here for no matter what other problem i was having. Dr. Gullatt sent me to a specialist that was not appropriate for my condition, and told the special doctor to rule out what ever was wrong with me. I found a new doctor that pointed me in the right direction to receive the proper medical attention i needed, they diagnosed me with a muscle disease, found that i have a heart condition that i was well unaware of that could have caused me my life. But i am thankful for the new team of physicians in my life they are the best there is, i couldn't thank them more. And sad to say these are mixed race people, but my own race ignored my cry for help when i knew something was wrong, but Thanks for nothing, I pity anyone who receives medical attention from this particular so called physician.

Don't gotta worry about me coming in for dental anymore. Finding a new dental that big lady is messy all you really do is sit behind the desk all day. I'm just coming for my doctor that's it no management
