Megan Kelley Salon

Megan was booked four months out when I texted with her. So, I asked her for a recommendation to a local salon seeing as how she was unable to cut my hair. She recommended the Todd Patrick salon, which is where I was thinking of going before I found Megan’s Salon on Google maps.
They were great, just like Megan said.

I work with a lot of small business owners, and it would have been really easy for Megan to just stop responding when I asked for a recommendation, and it would have been commonplace for a small business like her to respond with a little bit of snark at the thought of sending a potential client to someone else. She didn’t though, she was charming and she was really a sweetheart. That tells me that she is very confident and it comes from being very very good at what she does. My hair looks good and the cut will do until I can get to New York or LA, but I was really disappointed I didn’t get to see what Megan would have done to it. If you get the chance to have her cut your hair I’d very much recommend it.

I found MK through my search of salons in the area, and reading several reviews. Before my apt, Megan was prompt in responding and flexible, working with my schedule. Her salon was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Before we got started Megan took the time to listen (like actually listen) to what I was looking for both in color and cut. Not only did she nail it, but I would say it’s the best highlight job I’ve ever had. To say I am picky and high maintenance with my blonde highlights may be an understatement. Megan never made me feel like what I wanted was unreasonable or impossible. She just listened and said sounds great! I am more than pleased with my first experience with Megan. She is a true professional and so very talented! I would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Megan!

Megan is a fantastic stylist and a wonderful person! She is Vidal Sassoon trained, and what a difference that makes. She has cut my hair five times, and it has been consistent every time. She asks what you want and looks at your hair before washing it, and continues that conversation throughout the cut.

Her salon is covid-friendly. Clients are required to wear a mask and she wears a mask and face guard at all times. You are the only client in the salon. She cleans and disinfects in between clients.

Megan is a fantastic hairdresser. Shes an expert in hair color and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. Not only am I satisfied with my hair, I also felt extremely safe during my appointment because of her covid safety precautions. If you want a pro, look no further. Cant recommend her enough!
