Extremely well maintained and organized for such a massive sized building. Very friendly and helpful staff at events. Definitely a credit to the city of Columbus

Fantastic venue for galas, parties, wedding receptions. Every time I have been here it has been elegant, clean, excellent food and drink, lighting, great acoustics for parties and dancing. Easy parking, great area for pickup and drop off from ride share and taxi services.

Very pretty building and grounds. Well maintained. Went for the Dinosaur experience today with my youngest and some family. The Dinosaur experience was way overpriced for what they had. The 11 year old was very excited to attend as he loves Dinosaurs but the exhibition was very small. Wish they had more information on the Dinosaurs and Dinosaurs themselves instead of all the pay per booth activities and gift shop area.

I have been to many different events here and have lunch here every Wednesday with the Rotary Club of Columbus. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so very accommodating! They really do go above and beyond to make sure that everything is just right.

A very clean, well organized and friendly place to hold meetings. Easy accessible parking. While I was there it so happened that a church service was in progress in one of the rooms ( Church of the Highlands) and I had time between our meetings to attend the service. The members and pastor welcomed me with open arms and the service was great. I feel so energized and renewed. Another great thing is the Marriott hotel is directly across from the convention center with plenty of parking.

Great location for events! If you are looking for a venue, definitely check it out!

Beautifully restored historic building. I haven't been since I was a child. It was great to visit and see how well it's been maintained through the years. Our conference went off without a hitch. Entire staff was friendly and ensured we had everything we needed while using the building.

Very nice! No loud echo, (white noise) like at most conference centers. A very pleasant surprise! Concession (food) workers above and beyond courteous, friendly yet efficient. An accident, a gentleman fell, was handled quickly and well by staff. Impressed!

I attended Thes-Con and the event was so beautifully planned and staffed. This building in particular I found myself in over and over again for dance classes and more importantly dinner. They managed to feed thousands of us (I think around 5,000?) which is impressive on its own. Beautiful place to be and plenty of photo ops nearby! I suggest under the train tracks but be careful.

We traveled here for a family wedding. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were soooo friendly and answered all our questions about the history of the building. The wedding was outside by the waterfalls. Just perfect. The re ception room was convenient and clean. Servers were a bit inexperienced, but we're very friendly. The food was good. Would definitely recommend.

This truly is a very nice venue! This was my first time visiting the Columbus Trade Center, and I was blown away! I went there for Early voting for the Georgia Senate and if you ever are looking for a place for an event or large function, this is the place to hold such an activity! Simply superb venue!

If you need a place to hold a large function or event this is a great place to do so .I have bought tickets from here and although the promoter whoever he is that did the TI concert which I sent friends too went pretty bad I mean they were in VIP and the artist didnt come until late did not take pictures with them as was suppose to be included in the VIP ...someone took their seats and when staff was informed nothing was done at all it was chaos, but outside of that incident the Convention and trade center itself for many years has been the home of the Fair, and many other great concerts, and conventions. For the most part they are well organized, friendly and very professional .
