Arby's

On our way home from a funeral, we stopped for a quick bite. I used the app to place our order. First problem: the app does not have a dine in option. Second problem; I love the Beef N Cheddar, but not the Onion Roll bun. There is no option to change the type of bread. So I ordered to go but told the person at the counter that we were eating here to avoid having it bagged. To get my sandwich, I ordered the Double Roast Beef and added the Cheddar Sauce and the Red Ranch. I also love the Strawberry Lemonade, so I had to get one of those. My wife ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich with a Sweet Tea. The app allowed me to pay online. The order was processed quickly, and we got our food moments later. After eating the delicious food, we were back on the road within 30 minutes. This location is highly recommended!

Fast and friendly service. Great food. Dining room just due for a remodel. This is a go to stop for me because of the constancy.

I only had 1 problem. They were out of honey mustard and not in a hurry to put anymore out. I'm talking bith containers were out

This is one of the FEW places in Vidalia that almost always has great service. The food is good and I’m very appreciative of the patience the staff has. It’s always nice to be treated like a HUMAN when I’m anywhere.

We took a bus full of band kids to eat. They did an excellent job getting every child exactly what they wanted. Food and milkshakes were tasty. Excellent service with a smile.

We ordered regular roast beef sandwiches and they were piled high with meat. My order was filled as requested and the lady at the window was pleasant.
We did not go in but the staff was being Covid cautious and we appreciated that.

Very clean never a bad experience from order is always correct. Food is a bit pricey though and I am particularly not a big fan of curly fries. Those two complaints alone still gives this place a 5.

We just went through the drive thru, but boy that greek gyro was good. They have them on sale 2 for 6, but who can resist those potato cakes? And a coke to wash them down. Best ones in town.

Food was great and hot, well prepared and packed. Ordered at the drive thru window, order wasn't correct but THEY realized it before I left the parking lot. The employee came running out the opposite side of the restaurant with the correct item. I appreciate the extra effort!

The new burgers are really good. A nice change for when the spouse wants roast beef and the other wants something else.

At this moment they have a very healthy Creamy Mediterranean wrap. I eat it very often. It has green leafy vegetables and everything on it is healthy. Try one today. The drive-thu has very fast and pleasant service.

Was a wonderful day at the nail salon with my mother. We finished up our day with some Arby's. The root beer float was so yummy. And my Arby's classic was so good. 😋

They were very nice and quick. The manager is very nice and even remembers me and I have only seen her twice. She remembered my name and is very outgoing. Amazing customer service and amazing food.
