My experience at Smile Doctors Vidalia was everything an orthodontic experience should be. I was treated with respect, kindness, and enthusiasm. My appointment went smoothly as Doctor Robinson discussed my pictures and x-ray. My treatment coordinator Emilee was excellent with her knowledge of the treatment process and financial details. The staff is lively and interactive. You can tell they love their jobs! Doctor Robinson is THE BEST around. He is going to do everything he can to give you the best smile possible. I am extremely satisfied and will be recommending others to this location!

Traci- she is such a pleasure to be around always making people laugh!! She is very knowledgeable at the chair weather it be a simple wire change or even putting in those tough appliances you are truly in good hands!

Kelly- Is also an absolute pleasure to be around as well! She is good at making people laugh as well, but definitely knows her stuff! I mean she has had years and years of experience, and is definitely very seasoned at her job! If you have a question or how to better care for a tough area while in your braces or appliance then she is also your go to girl!

I am the second member of my family receiving orthodontic treatment from Smile Doctors and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! I enjoy attending appointments and interacting with the friendly staff members who treat you like family. Caroline is a great assistant who keeps you smiling the entire time you’re in her chair. She is gentle and very knowledgeable as she explains the appointment before starting her work.

This place is always accommodating. If there is a problem with a bracket or discomfort we can always stop by and get worked in quickly. Frankie in the Vidalia office is always prompt to respond when I have a question or need to reschedule an appointment. Great Service!
