The steak and eggs I had was great, so was the french toast. The staff were extremely friendly. Their entire menu is available all day. I've only been once, but I look forward to going more.

This is a small Cafe. Decorated very cute in everything Red, White & Blue. The Staff were so very friendly. We were traveling and stopped. We got there a couple of minutes before they closed. They let us in to eat. We ate while they were cleaning to close. We started off with Fried Pickle Spears. They were so good and juicy. I had the Burger with Tots. The Tots were crispy, crunchy and not soggy. The burger was perfect. Great flavor, juicy. Plenty of toppings. Husband had the daily special, Chicken Alfredo, Broccoli with Cheese, Garlic Bread and Chocolate Cake. The food was delicious. They never rushed us to eat. The Server came over and joked around with us. We will definitely stop by next time we travel through.

I was invited to breakfast before my Grandson's Boxing Bout. It was my first time. We were greeted with a smile and kindness from Lacey as soon as we walked in, and she was also our kind, prompt and attentive server, along with our very sweet and kind Server Lori, whom remembered my Grandson from a previous visit. I ordered their Pork Chops and Eggs over easy, hashbrowns with toast, ALL cooked to perfection, everything was so delicious. The place had a Great American feel, Salute to all our Veterans. I most definitely will go back when in Louisiana.

Absolutely delightful! Fun, patriotic atmosphere, refreshing drinks and well-priced food! Our waitress was very welcoming and kind, and our food was delicious! I highly recommend any of their burgers and if you've got a sweet tooth, their cinnamon roll will treat you well!

Great little mom and pop Cafe with a home feel. I love the chicken fried steak, and breakfast. But they do have many more items .

I love the food and especially the service. I ordered the french toast and cinnamon roll and it was well worth the buy and the price too! I dont really pair well with the whole design and interior of the building but the food was great. Will definitely be back

A wonderful good old fashioned cafe. We went for breakfast and it was all we could have asked for. Incredible service and quick delivery of our food at a great price. It is nice to see a cafe embracing their roots and supporting our troops as they are just down the street from Barksdale AFB. Next time we are in town, we will be back!

Breakfast - July 31, 2023. Maybe the finest example of a traditional Southern style kitchen you can find anywhere across this great country of ours. Working among a red-stool cafe appointed with patriotic accoutrements and witty signage ("if you don't like my cooking, there are always MREs"), the ladies running the counter and serving are, to a one, attentive and sweet - even though I was toting four kids with me at a busy time of day. Food was fresh and top notch. Prices were more than fair and made feeding a family of six affordable. If you're looking for an authentic, homemade, southern breakfast or lunch, don't skip Café USA. ** (SPECIAL THANKS TO CATHY)

(Ignore my love for hot sauce on everything) THEY WERE A-MA-ZING. Super child-friendly and great portions! Would recommend to take your family and the wait staff were super friendly! Will come again and that’s a HUGE 5-stars from me!

Safest place to dine in the world. Love the fact that this place is so popular in America today. Great food! Great people!! And really great atmosphere!!!

The worst service EVER today. Our waitress cared more about waiting on her kids than us. She got the order wrong, never came back to refill coffee and we had to go to another table to get condiments. We eat breakfast here at least twice a month and it’s always great food and service. Today was REALLY bad service. Had to send back my order because she didn’t listen. Again, her kids got great service instead of her customers. First time EVER that I didn’t leave a tip. My tip to her, do better. I won’t be back for a while, the service was that bad…

Love the atmosphere here and the friendly stuffs. While I'm waiting for the food but haven't tasted anything yet, but I am sure it will be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would definitely recommend if your in this area. The fried pickles 10x better than pluckers. Chop steak and gravy Okra combo was Good. The onion rings are beer battered if your into that ill give this place 5 out of 5.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. As for the atmosphere/decorations, made us proud to be an American. We will be back. Thank you Cafe 🇺🇸.

We tried this place out last night and were pleasantly suprised.
We both skipped the special, which was A BIG Chicken Fried Steak Dinner. Just way too much for either one of us so, we ordered the breakfast chicken fried steak instead with brown gravy, eggs and potatos. I had home fries and Kathy had hash browns. Even this smaller version was more than enough to eat.
Other reviews have said the food was bland but, in MY opinion, it just simple, basic home cooked seasoning without the over powering fire and spice that you find in many places today. If you want the extra fire and spice, ask for it, I bet they can fix you up. We could taste the actual food and Everything was cooked just right.
The staff was real friendly and welcoming.
