Dr. Poole and her staff are the best! I've stopped seeing some doctors that I really liked because of their rude staff, but I've never had a problem here--both the office staff and the nurses are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Poole is very caring and knows what is needed for any problem you might have.

Best doctor I have ever had. She is well trained and is very knowledgeable. When your numbers are not right on your bloodwork she immediately send you out to a specialist. Her quick response have save many lives. All her staff are very compassionate and is well trained also.

I had a 9 o'clock appointment i arrived at 8:38 the woman at the front said I was late I told her my appointment wasn't until 9 she said i had to be 30 minutes early She then asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment for a month away I said no I didn't need a Dr then I needed him now also i was still 22 minutes early to me it don't sound like they care about there patients
