McDonald's

In not sure who yall have on headset this morning as I didn’t get her name but she was so sweet and welcoming. She was very professional and honestly helped my mood this morning. Normally all of your cashiers have wonderful attitudes.

This place should Close the doors. The quality of food is the poorest of any McDonald's! Guy at window handed me a huge coke with the lid not even on it. It spilled all over me and my seat! He never said a word!!! No apology nothing. Thank God for chick fila next door maybe they'll put them out of business. This place sucks!!

It's a typical McDonald's. However, the staff here are very friendly, and do their best to take care of the customers. Wait time can be long due to being understaffed (especially when busy), but they have always gotten my order right and always been very pleasant to deal with.

Drive through as I left town. There was a line, it moved fast though. Just got a nugget meal. Asked for salt and napkins (none in bag) add I was on the road. Young man cheerfully grabbed them and asked where I was headed. He was *SHOCKED* that I was heading on a 3 hour drive (you'd have thought I was driving to Hawaii) but friendly and told me to be safe. Meal was tasty!

Fixed a situation and nailed it for a perfect 5! At night by the airport, waiting for a flight and my order got mixed up. Went inside and they made it hot and fresh plus comped me a drink. The NICEST people in here!! Thank you!

I stop by for a frozen coke when I want a treat. Employees are super friendly and the frozen cokes are always good!

This was seriously the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. We stopped while heading to our vacation, so we’re no where from around here. But I couldn’t not leave a review, because Phyllis went above and beyond. Thank you for the wonderful service! You deserve so much!

I don't live in Cedartown, but stopped to buy lunch for a friend in the hospital there. I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional attitude of you employees. Made my day! Very friendly and helpful!. I was there at about 11am on Tues Aug 23rd. Thumbs up to them!!

Phyllis is such a sweet lady! She made sure our order was correct and that we had everything we needed. Adding to my review... We ate inside a few weeks ago and I'm so impressed with the friendly staff and the CHRISTIAN music playing and clean atmosphere.

I wanted to shout out the two ladies that were closing tonight (8/17/21)!!! I (like a big goob) ordered my food on the app not realizing the time or even knowing when they closed. I go to the restaurant and tried to tell them my pick up number. They said "We're closed". I was stressing because I had already paid! They were so sweet and still made my food. I'm sorry for getting there after close but I'm so happy it was them that made mine and my husband's night!! I think my doggies were even happy too! Thank you for being a kind human!! We need more people like y'all!

We only ordered coffee, but asked for butter and a knife for a sandwich we had in the car. The server was kind and gladly provided the extra items letting us know it was not a problem. Very welcoming and excellent customer service.

I have visited this location so many times, it seems like I have built a personal relationship with the employees. The employees and managers go above and beyond to correct any issues the customers have right then and there. This location is owned by the same couple that owns the location in town and you will sometimes find employees rotating between locations. In my opinion, this location is by far, the better location. The tea is definitely better, the orders are rarely ever messed up (since the location opened up a couple years ago, I think my order has been incorrect twice.

Miss Phyllis, along with the whole team here ( Thank you, Grace, for jumping my truck one day...). They "make this place", as a guest this morning made a point to praise the staff. Fresh food, clean place, awesome professionals. <3

Great breakfast. This was a quick stop for us going through town. I am gluten free so I had an egg Mcmuffin without the bun and hot chocolate. It was enough for me. The staff were pleasant and the restaurant was clean.

Spent 7 hours pulling a motor out into the cold. I didn't know they were closing up when I came through. The employees there were nothing but polite and courteous. My food was super fresh and delicious. Thank you ♡

Very clean location. The restrooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. We ate breakfast here. It was very good and they got it out very quickly, especially since there was a $50+ order ahead of me. Great job!

Today I met the most important person at this McDonalds and her name is Ms. Jennifer Beard. She takes care of the hospitality and making sure everything is clean. She does an awesome job. The place was spotless, food was good and service was beyond good. I am the new pastor at Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church and this will be my breakfast place!

This was the best McDonald's I have been in in several years, great service and very polite and respectful and my wife and I hope to revisit this McDonald's and in the future.
