OYO Hotel Pineville LA Hwy 165

I had an amazing experience with the owner/manager of this hotel. He went way above and beyond for me during a bad situation in which all my stuff was left at his hotel. He packed up all of my stuff and sent it to my home for me and asked for nothing in return. It's rare to get customer service such as that these days. I would recommend this hotel 11 out of 10 times. It's very affordable and surrounded by places to eat.

I absolutely loved my stay here this past week! You couldn’t ask for a better staff and on-site manager! Anytime I needed anything they made it happen even if it’s ice at 2am! It’s quiet, no traffic or random people in the parking lot! I definitely recommend this place!!

Perfect place, perfect deals! Feels like home away from home and the manager is so nice. It's quiet and perfect location for restaurants and a quick drive to the beautiful buhlow lake and park.
Rooms always clean and housekeeping comes right away when needed.

The very polite the rooms are really clean. Gentleman worked with me on the price so I can be able to afford it they're really nice about that it's really a great place. And the people really are nice and polite it's a good place to bring your family and be safe.

I don't care What anybody says? This place may look like it's not the best but the manager is very polite and customer serviceable. The a c works pretty d*** good and it's safe

There service is amazing they really cater to you the maintenance guy makes sure everything is good for you and they actually check on their guests! The people at the front desk are very polite!!!! Great customer service!

I came into town and and I must say, it's not the fanciest but the guy on duty is very accommodating, and gave service with a smile, it was comfortable and far better than the rooms in Alexandria, Louisiana, The area is quiet and I felt safe with the location. Me and my family was greeted and received genuine service. I will book at this location, in the near future.

Stayed here for a night. Room was clean, the staff were friendly. The cost was very affordable too. They had good CCTV camera coverage of the parking lot making it safe too. Would recommend this place as a highly affordable clean and safe place to stay a night or few.

The rooms are very decent. The owner is very kind and sweet as well as his family. Best prices. Free internet. Food places are in walking distance. Home away from home!!!

Awesome place really nice managers

This hotel has always been good to me and took care of whatever I needed. Also the new owner was very good to me and is great with customer service... Most of my room was just updated with new floors and all new bathroom and I would go there again anytime I need a room...
