Great Asiago bagel with a schmear this visit. Did it at the drive thru.
This place was a staple for me 15 years ago, and I stopped by for nostalgia in mind. It didn't disappoint.
Great location, with easy access on route 40 west, with a turnaround from the 40 east right out front.
Tons of parking there or behind the restaurant.
Eat in or carry out, they have a great, healthy menu. Great sandwiches with a large amount of bagel or bread choices.
It's a stand-alone building, which seems to matter to me for some reason.

I went there 11/30/2023 8:30 in the morning. I ordered dozens bagel.
The black guy was very rude. Through the bagel I ordered in the box and being obnoxious about it.
I was forced to cancel my order but it due to appointment with my co-workers.
I like this bagel but I'll never go there because of his unreasonable attitude.

5 stars if you stay on the beaten path 🤣 this... this nub - the twice baked hash brown... no. Never again 🤣, but bagels and sandwiches... 💯YES!! Soft, warm, flavorful and delicious!

This Einstein Bros. Bagels location has gone completely down hill. It is horrible. Sunday after church stopping at Einstein Bros. Bagels has been my routine for the family for over 25 years here and in Illinois.

The one in Ellicott City used to be a bustling busy well trafficked store where elderly friends would gather, eat, drink and socialize. The community table was fun. I'd read the news paper and meet new people on every visit.

Now this place is a dystopian, sad lifeless place where patrons seem unwelcome. They've slowly and consistently removed the option to eat in, to the point they weren't satisfied with just putting "No Sitting' signs on every table. They've removed every table and chair that wasn't bolted to the floor.

The service is as sad as the interior looks. I ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothy Mix. How's that possible? Ordered a breakfast sandwhich on a Honey Whole Wheat bagel. I'm looking at one in the bin. I ask the cashier to "please grab that last one" . She keeps hitting the cash register. I ask again, please grab that Honey Whole Wheat, she acknowledges my request but keeps tapping the keys on the monitor. Then when she finally decides to act it's gone, then tells me we close in less than an hour so we are not making more. I look at my watch and they have about 1:20 before closing, translation, "we don't care, we started closing long ago".

I wait 2 min., my order comes up. I ask a guy at the register near the door if he was a manager? He never looks at me, says "no" and walks out the door. I obviously asked for a reason. He offered no alternative nor did he offer to find a manager.

I leave and look up the store and called. I hit three times to speak to an employee before determining I was in an infinite loop of no service.

I'm done with this place. So many other options. No reason to remain loyal to a store that has given up on service and seemingly is slowly putting itself out of business discretely.

I was skeptical because of the other reviews but still visited on Tuesday morning and was pleasantly surprised. The service was prompt and kind. The price was reasonable and the flavor was spot on. Only unfortunate thing was that the dining room was still disabled although restrictions were lifted over 6 months ago. Other than that, it's recommended

I was skeptical about going here in the beginning, the color schema is not appetizing and i always grab a snack with my coffee. But after my first visit I am hooked.. great coffee and amazingly crafted artisan bagels. Still not sure what my menu snack is but there are thousands of combinations and I am happy to go through them all till I find my fit. Def recommend

I'm giving a 5 star because for me if my experience wasn't negative a five star is deserved. It's too easy to give every place a 3&4 star, but then the business looks bad and loses customers.

The spinach&artichoke chicken sandwich was fantastic. Sometimes places give you dry chicken as an after thought but the sandwich was great.

Food was great, The only thing that I can say negative was one employee didn't care much and the other woman made me feel right at home.

I'll be back!

They have quick service, high quality food items, which are always fresh. I make special trips just for bagel dogs - bagel dough is nice and chewy and the hot dogs are lean and not greasy. The walnut streudel are enough to blow a diet. Relax and enjoy.

Stopped in to buy bagels and my gift card wasn’t working. Christy the fabulous GM took care of it. Great service, friendly staff! And bagels are good too.

This isnt a place that a frequent nor hear about but decided to check out what healtjy options they may have. I decided to get a honey wheat bagel with the humus spread and expected just that. When i opened the bag i realized they gave me a side dish of fruit salad, a slice of a pickle and the bagel had not just humis spread but freshly cut tomatoes, cucumbers, arugula lettuce and red peppers. It was wonderful. More than i ever expected. The staff were extremely pleasant as well, especially for it being before 7am. This will become a regular place for me.

Good food Good service long wait but worth it

I love their cheesy bacon club. We have lunch here at least once a month. Fast service goid food. Buttery Caramel coffee is delicious also.

The service was incredibly fast! They really have a speedy assembly line for the orders. The farmhouse bagel was delicious.

Enjoyed visit. Has drive thru and in-store purcashing; however no indoor dining. Outside seating available.

Ordering inside is always quick and easy. I recently used the app to pre order and it was just as easy!
