Breathe@JJ's Folly Bed and Breakfast

My son, daughter and I stayed this last weekend in the Light Room. Best sleep I have had in a while- especially when being away! The views are amazing- pulling up the the home was a magical experience all in its own and we all cheered when we saw how beautiful it was! If you love nature and all things natural with a beautiful simplistic touch and are wanting to reconnect with your self, others or nature - I highly recommend! Great breakfast and conversation too!!

What great two night stay! Wonderful accommodations and atmosphere. Bonus that one of the owners offers yoga trainings, which was the reason I came. Fun times using the SUP on the lake.

I was visiting family in Fayette and stayed here. It was absolutely beautiful! My only regret was visiting family so much that I didn't get to fully enjoy the property! It is a gorgeous setting with a lake, garden, trees, flowers and the animals (goats, chickens, pups). Simply peaceful and lovely. The room was spotless and bed was so very comfortable! The owners are friendly and hospitable - perfect hosts. It is close to many state parks, walking trails and within a 25 minute drive of Columbia and all the campuses. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing stay, the view plus the goats and chickens! Their 2 big guard dogs were the sweetest dogs ever. Only complaint was not being told about the fans in the closet because it gets a little hot in there but we found them! Wish we could of stayed longer to go on the lake but we also had a 1 year old. Definitely a great experience!

This place is an amazing place to stay. We rented out the whole house for a weekend for my wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Cute and comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and so many cool activities to do around the lake. We fished, went out on the paddle boards and canoe, and just sat by the lake all weekend. All the sitting areas on the decks are also great. Catina and her family are so kind!! Would definitely recommend!

This is the most amazing B & B I have ever stayed. Tucked away in the woods and located on a small lake, plenty of outdoor activities to do or a peaceful place to sit back and relax. Gorgeous lake views in the morning and stunning sunsets. My personal favorite, the yoga deck! Must visit!

What an amazing place, it really is magical! I spent one night here for a yoga retreat. The basics: the breakfast was wonderful, everything spotlessly clean, rooms are so cozy and the beds were very comfortable!! The house, surrounding water, and amazing hospitality is what makes this place above and beyond! It is the most serene and regenerating setting. Loved yoga classes on the open air patio, paddle boarding on the lake, enjoying the starry night out by the fire pit, and of course the lovely hospitality!! Breathe@JJ's Folly is a little slice of heaven. Beautiful setting on a lovely lake. Comfortable accommodations and wonderful hosts. Catina and Bryan make a wonderful breakfast and are really wonderful people - you will enjoy them as much as the scenery (and the animals). I highly recommend this place. I attended a yoga training here (which could not have been more perfect) but I cannot wait to come back again for a weekend getaway!

I've stayed here 3-4 times now, lost count. Such a relaxing place. Delicious breakfast. Catrina and her husband have cultivated a Zen atmosphere; she's a professional yoga instructor. Be sure to ask for a sound bath!

What a great place for any occasion. Weddings or just to get away. The owners are truly wonderful people. The accommodations are A1. They offer paddle boarding, fishing swimming and canoeing. There's a BBQ patio if you want to cook in the evening. This is a must experience B and B

What a unique, relaxing, and amazing place. I attended a four day yoga training at Breathe and it was perfect. The setting, the facilities, and the hosts! Catina and Brian were extremely hospitable and welcoming. A unique get away for some relaxation.

Great people running it, fresh breakfast, interesting building with nice rooms and many lounge areas, quiet surroundings with owls and geese making the most noise. An unique experience a bit on the funky side. Check out the yoga weekends.

Inspiring and romantic. The lodge is a constant puzzle to the eye! We loved paddle boarding on the lake and the strolling walking trails. The yoga room is perfection. And Emmett's Restaurant!!

Clean, cozy. The owners are friendly and kind. The location is breathtaking. Perfect place to stay for a reset from the daily grind.

What a beautiful, hidden treasure! The hosts are welcoming and accommodating, the food fresh and delicious, the setting gorgeous, the animals....awesome! I could go on; suffice it to say we will be returning! Thank you!
