Krista, the chef, Is the most amazing employee? We stay at a lot of hotels and she goes above and beyond every morning! She gives A+++ service in ALL she does & she has a wonderful personality!!! We love her!

She's almost the face of this hotel, super friendly and helpful in breakfast was delicious every single morning, and we stayed here almost 2 weeks...!

That was my first time in Louisiana from Texas. I really enjoyed staying there because everyone was so friendly. All the staff deserve a raise because of all the hard work they put out and they all went above and beyond. I would recommend anyone who is going there to stay there. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are so clean.

Friendly check-in staff, nice room, comfy bed. I love the shower heads compared to other hotel chains. The breakfast is better than other chains as well. Overall very happy with the service and amenities. Would recommend.

The best holiday inn I've stayed at. I travel a lot for work and have stayed at a lot of IHG locations. The staff here was extremely friendly but the morning CHEF thats right CHEF as the food was fresh and delicious! She was there both mornings and I've never felt more at home. She is friendly to the point where you feel like you're with family. She kept the food fresh and she'd constantly kept you updated on the food coming out hit and fresh. I think she was the highlight of my work trip to Pineville. IHG needs to take some notes from this Women. I'd come back just to eat and see her by far the sweetest lady I've ever met at any hotel location. If you're near this location go stay here and make sure you make it to breakfest in the morning you will not be disappointed.

We have stayed here several times when visiting our sons at LCU. Excellent, clean hotel. Friendly and cheerful staff. At breakfast, we were treated like they genuinely cared about us and were glad to have us there. Definitely recommend. Definitely will return.

Ms.krista was soo excellent she made the hotel awesome for the Morning !!! She keep up with the kitchen, when something ran out she jump to re make everything fresh, she keep the kitchen clean she was the real one to make the visit more like home!!!!!!!!

This is our second stay at this hotel. We really enjoyed the comfy beds and space for our family. Felt safe and relaxed.

Our family stayed here, with a newborn, while our mobile home was moved and set up. We ended up having to extend our stay and the staff was all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was wonderful about not knocking if we had the not ready tag on the door. We had a suite and they never questioned the amount of towels we needed 😁 with 6 people and a newborn it was ALOT. The pool was clean and the pavilion beside it is perfect for grilling or just hanging out. I really can't say enough to express how great the entire staff was! Also, even though it is close to a highway, there was very, very little outside noise in our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Pineville, LA off Monroe. Our stay was excellent! Breakfast exceeded our expectations & the Breakfast with Ms. Krista was AWESOME. Very nice and Attentive!

Staff was friendly and professional. The lady serving breakfast was sweet and made sure you had everything that you needed.

Great stay. Would definitely stay again when passing through. Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. We were a late check-in after a long travel day. Appreciated a fast check-in. Breakfast was excellent. I don't usually eat hotel "free" breakfasts because they're not that good or healthy. However, this hotel had a GREAT breakfast. And Kristin, the woman overseeing the breakfast area, was a standout. Friendly, and it was very important to her that we had what we wanted even though it was at the end of the breakfast time. She made us fresh omelets. Incredibly helpful and friendly. She made us feel like we were in her home.

My family and I were exhausted from traveling and I was overwhelmed trying to find a place to stay for the night. Barbie was working at the front desk and this lady went above and beyond to help us get a room! She did not have to do that but I am so grateful she did! The hotel is wonderful and the room was clean! I give it all 5 Stars....except Barbie. I would give her 100 Stars if it would let me! Thanks so much Barbie! You helped a very tired and stressful momma tonight and I appreciate you more than you know!!!

It’s a clean hotel and at the moment of our stay, staff was friendly and helpful.
Continental breakfast with lots of options to choose from.
After the COVID pandemic many hotels decided to provided a less quality and Very slim breakfast for it’s costumers leaving them disappointed.

I’m glad and grateful to see that Holiday inn provides a very good breakfast bar.

Mrs Krista was very kind and helpful. Because of her the hotel gets a 5 star in my book!!

We were in town for a family funeral. Our room was nice size and we liked the fact that it had a roomy shower instead of tub. The hotel is near plenty of restaurants and any shopping that we needed. The breakfast bar was very nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

Krystal was amazing! Great food & amazing service. Her breakfast was one of the best experiences I’ve had dining at a hotel.

Stayed here while visiting family. Beds were so comfortable. Shower pressure was strong. The breakfast was awesome. Such a variety. Bacon 🥓 on Sundays. The last day there was cheese omlets. The lady facilitating all the food was excellent. Made sure all customers were taken care of. Tables were clean. She was hopping all over the place. Rest of staff was friendly. Will stay there again. Note: unless u request it your room won't be cleaned. However you can ask for towels etc and they will get it for you.

The room was really clean, it was nice and quiet during the night and the A/C was ice cold. There was plenty enough towels and amenities for a 3 night stay. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, Krista the lady making the breakfast was phenomenal, she never ran out of food with plenty of customers getting multiple plates. She was on top of her game and she was greeting every customer asking "How was their night or how was their trip in". She showed a ton of compassion for the customer and her work ethic was second to none. She is definitely a great asset to Holiday Inn in Pineville,LA

Really enjoyed staying at this location. Staff was super pleasant and caring. Rooms were very clean and hotel was nice. Value was great and I would highly recommend this location.

My wife and I spent three nights at the motel. It was a great experience. The room was very nice: clean, tidy, comfortable.
The staff were great. Two stand out: Amanda (formerly in the U.S. Army) at the front desk was mighty friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Krista-in charge of the free breakfast-was great. The breakfast had a nice variety, and Krista was there to help each customer get what she/he needed. All in all, our stay was a great experience.
