Don’t pass this little hole in the wall up don’t let it fool ya! The food is delicious and the food is fresh and hot. The service was awesome. We got the fried shrimp plate which was butterflied shrimp. They were huge like really big. The shrimp plate cost $14.99. It comes with lots of shrimp, coleslaw, french fries and toast. We also got a fried catfish plate cost $14.99. It also come with lots of fried catfish french fries, coleslaw and toast. The food was seasoned perfectly. The food was fresh, service was awesome. She always kept coming back asking if we needed anything. The only thing I wish would be that they had fountain drinks but hey that’s OK. I’m happy with good food good service I can settle for a can Coke. The roast poboy is delicious too. I’ve had them so if you’re out and wanna try something different,enjoy the scenery take a drive and give them a try they’re really good..

On the way back home from Grand Aisle my husband had me look up places to have lunch. I searched restaurants on Google Maps on our way back. I saw a few, but the names didn't sound too interesting & their photos, rating and views didn't either. Then I came across this place. I was intrigued by the name Fatboy's Seafood Kitchen. Then I looked at the photos & they looked delicious we were looking for a burger 🍔. The place looked like a little hole in the wall & those are the best places, honestly. For an appetizer we ordered mozzarella sticks that are served with home made salsa - delicious 😋🤤. My husband ordered the Fatboy Burger - he ate almost the whole thing then ordered a to go box. I ordered the Swamp Burger + pepper jack cheese, Ooowee talk about a good burger. The meat is a thick patty & the toppings make it stack so high. I love the bread it comes on. I had to use a fork & knife to eat it, but so worth it. The owner is so nice! We also had 3 sodas. We spent around $45 then I left a mediumish-largish tip. Would definitely come back. 100/10 recommend.

Awesome little place hidden by the large chain seafood restaurant next door. We chose to stop here on our way back to Baton Rouge from the Whitney Plantation and are so glad we did. The staff was friendly and the food was some of the best we’ve had since we hit Louisiana. Tom ordered 1/2 Shrimp 1/2 Catfish and said the catfish is quite possibly the best he’s had. One of the girls and I ordered the shrimp and it was cooked perfectly and the breading was light and crispy. The other child had the shrimp pasta that was tasty and filling.

This was a great gem found completely by venturing off the beaten path! It's open for business throughout the week, not just Saturday (it was just the only hours we remembered).Our family was hoping to find some great southern seafood and we definitely found it here! All five of us ordered a different Poboy: Gator, Oyster, Shrimp, Catfish, and French Fry (with hot beef and gravy) and they were all FRESH and FANTASTIC!! 8 years of being open and nobody ever put this place on the map... Can't believe it!! Well, glad we could!

We were welcomed by a very sweet lady, food came out quick, HOT and delicious. I had the shrimp platter and my husband had shrimp and oysters. 10/10 recommend!!!

Love this place you have to try the burgers the Fatboy Burger, the Swamp Burger and the Manchac Buger and all their seafood is excellent.

Fat Boys was recommended to us by a neighbor and I have to say it did not disappoint! The combo platter was perfect......fresh, hot, perfectly seasoned, perfectly fried, and plentiful! The fried shrimp was the best I’ve had in years!
We will definitely return......that swamp burger is calling, but don’t know how I can resist the seafood plate! What to do....what to do???
Also, the place is clean, the decor is charming, and the people friendly! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely delicious!!! The people there are so nice. Great fresh food at good prices. All homemade and nothing out of a can. I will always come here when I am passing by. So much better than the big overrated restaurant nextdoor.

The best place to eat in pasatola Louisiana for the weekend. Just need a bunch of lazy kids to get off their a** and come to work so we can have her more days a week.

We love this place. If you go there and come out hungry you probably need to visit your doctor. The swamp Burger with roast beef debris is out of this world. The fried seafood is much better than the well-known joint up the street. Definitely worth the trip.

We're from Memphis and drove past on Memorial day. We were surprised and thrilled they were open and stopped in for a bite. This is a perfect little hole in the wall and the food was AMAZING y'all!! I got a dressed Shrimp poboy and my husband got the Shrimper's Poboy... (Shrimp, roast beef and cheese..).. so fresh and absolutely delicious!! We'll definitely be back!!

Was going to eat at Middendorf's, but they are closed on Tuesdays, so I ate next door, at Fatboy's Seafood Kitchen. I was very impressed. I ordered the fried shrimp dinner platter. The portions were good and the swamp fries were wonderful. I would come back to this place in the future.
