Best care ever!

Robbie Marcantel was extremely rude to my mom when she went in. She was in a lot of pain, just asking for something to be suggested for her or to be referred out to someone who may could help, and was treated just unprofessionally, he did not help her nor refer her to anyone. It is clear that he is not concerned with patients needs.

I typically think highly of the other providers at Lasalle Family Medicine but she will not be seeing him again.

I love Lasalle Family Medicine. The ladies who answer the phone here and set up appointments over the phone are always so polite. They’re usually able to set up my appointments so that I’m able to see my provider the same day that I call, if that’s what I need. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes in the waiting area. I love the way my primary care physician takes care of me. Unfortunately, I have to give Lasalle Family Medicine a single star. There is a nurse in the clinic that has a very bad attitude, always, every time I see her, and she ruins my usually happy experiences. I don’t want to call her out by name, so let me describe her: very heavyset, almost swine-like, shorter length, blonde, curly hair, tacky makeup, always has a sour expression! Sad!

Robbie Marcantel - A complete joke, has absolutely no bedside manners, who seems to care MORE about a paycheck than his patients.

Dr. Kendrick is dearly missed!!
