My medical insurance allows replacement of certain consumables long before they are actually required. As soon as my insurance allowed replacement I started receiving robo-calls from SPC reminding me to replace components. Not only was that annoying for me personally but I believe such practices contribute to the high cost of medical care and insurance for all of us. On at least three occasions I told SPC that I did not wish to receive such calls but they kept coming. I finally took my business elsewhere.
