King's Craft Butcher & Café

One of the finest place in Starkville to have a nice drink and dinner. We stopped by in the weekend and it was fully packed. There are enough parking spots available. The environment inside is very lively and charming. I ordered some speciality cocktail, which was really good. There is a nice selection of beers if you are an beer enthusiast. My friend was not sure about his Choi e, so the server brought two samples to for tasting. In the starter, we went for some spicy shrimp, and that was amazing. Next, I ordered some catfish on the bed of cheesy grits. I probably can complain about the portion size of that but my other two friends went for burgers and they cannot complain. Overall the food is good, with a fine quality of ingredients and cooked to the perfection.

Awesome restaurant! Clean simple interior with a nice bar and high end food. I ordered the Asian-steak street tacos with the side of chips and IPA cheese dip. I cant believe how well the steak was cooked. Beautiful sear but still tender and juicy and tasted amazing. I'm not a beer person so I didnt know what to expect from the cheese but it was a PERFECT balance. Also our food was ready in like 5 minutes. Short wait, delicious good, nice ambience. They also have a selection of steaks and burgers and other meats for purchase in the butcher section that looked beautiful, but we weren't shopping.

Had a belated birthday lunch with a friend. Had the 16oz. ribeye with gouda grits. It was really good. My friend had the blackened catfish and proclaimed it delicious. For dessert we had giant slabs of strawberry cake that was obviously from scratch. Worth a visit.

Oh wow!! If you have a love for meat and just a stand alone great taste this is the place!!! We went in because the hamburgers were recommended...still talking about them! and the owner is awesome!

Amazing burger (I had the patty melt), and the chipped beef and gravy fries were incredible. The other burger joints in town focus more on the toppings, but this place put the emphasis on the quality of the meat. That's not to say the toppings here are not great. The staff was super nice as well.

Its located in a bit of a weird spot, but it's worth it.

Absolutely incredible! From the siracha cauliflower, wing, and gravy fries to the burgers and 16 oz rib eye, and even the kids grilled cheese, everything was phenomenal. The service was wonderful. Multiple people checked in throughout the meal and the hostess were so sweet. This is the new "must go to" spot in Starkville!

Incredible burger that was well worth the hype. While slightly expensive for a burger, it was well worth the price and you get a lot of burger too. Good fries as well, and the butcher shop is also nice because you can buy the high quality meat to take home and cook for yourself

King's is a great addition to Downtown Starkville. The food and service was great. I highly recommend the King's burger, it's delicious! The atmosphere is hip and there are multiple tvs for watching sports. Definitely recommend giving it a try. I plan on trying to buy some meat from the shop at some point.

Great place to eat. The foods all have quirky teists to it but just try. It im not s cheese fan but the gouda grots ( i know right) were fantastic. Weird combo that just works. Staff was great bartender was friendly and talkative but not invasive perfect meal.

Great food, staff, and atmosphere. The sriracha cauliflower and steamed buns are delicious and one of a kind in Starkville. The wings and filet are also great! I look forward to enjoying their patio this spring!

Amazing atmosphere & staff. Food was amazing & came in a reasonable timetable. Steak was cooked perfectly & everyone was energetic & friendly. Will definitely revisit many times in the future.

Great quality food and there are uncooked meats available for purchase from the craft butcher area. Also have a great bar. Fantastic cocktails.

Had two filet mignon steaks cut and they were not only cut perfectly but they were the most tender steaks I've had in a while and the price was very good!

Great place to eat. King's Burger is a great burger, drinks are great, and I can buy meat from the butcher shop at the same time.

Just hand wings and salad and mixed drinks .. all were great.. wolverine was a killer bartender .. lol .. mixed drinks were top notch

One of my favorite places to eat in Starkville. The food is always AMAZING and the service prompt and friendly.

It was some of the most amazing food and the service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy this place.

Only had the King Burger but it was great. I'll be going back.
