Merick's Sandwich Shop

I order from Merick's for different lunches we have at the High School. Always have our food ready no matter how big the order. The food is always great and we appreciate the staff at Merick's. Very stand up staff.

Don’t let looks fool you. This quaint sandwich shop is wonderful! We had the fried catfish sandwich and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, both of which were awesome! The service was great as well. If you’re looking for a good place to eat that’s not a chain, you need to try out this establishment. We will definitely stop the next time we come through Sikeston.

Merricks has the best food, fast and friendly service and if you haven't ate there you are missing out!!!

Great little place, pulled off the highway and had a catfish sandwich that really hit the spot! Husband enjoyed his shrimp poboy as well. Friendly service.

Food is good and well priced. Can eat proper fresh prepared food not premade fast food here. Staff are friendly and the Veggie Delight Burger is Amazing!

I got the bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was really good. Staff is friendly and the place looked clean. Seats filled up fast at lunchtime, show up a little early.

I pick up lunch from Merricks at least twice a month. Last time I ordered, there was a misunderstanding and my order was not what I wanted. No biggie! I still ate it and thought I'd mention it this time when I ordered, just so it wouldn't happen again. I got to the window and they wouldn't let me pay. They said lunch was on them for their last mistake. So appreciated and so unexpected. Fire food is great, but excellent customer service is better! I'll be back soon.

Super nice and friendly customer service. Had a basic turkey and cheese sandwich and enjoyed their broccoli cheddar soup. Didn't try one but their desserts looked good too! Just driving through town on our way to Nashville. Would recommend popping in here! Can't beat their prices either!

I ordered two catfish sandwiches to go. It was 45 minutes, or so, until I arrived home and we were ready to eat them and I expected them to be a bit soggy by that time. I was surprised how crisp and crunchy and delicious they were. Merick's definitely knows how to do catfish.

Stopped here on a road trip and absolutely loved it. Catfish was delicious as well as the fried okra and hush puppies. Would definitely, recommend!

Absolutely loved it my first experience was great everyone was so sweet, and polite the food was mouth watering walking in you instantly get the smell of fried catfish and wedges and it's just lovely over all highly satisfied will go back

In my opinion Merick's is probably the best place to eat here in Sikeston. My wife and I both love the french dip. I like the Merick burger , the club sandwiches are great too. The Merick fries are always worth getting and the place is surprisingly reasonable. Very friendly staff also, highly recommended.

I ordered the huge, delicious, mildly spicy, philly cheesesteak sub with the voodoo chips, which I also recommend. My son got the turkey and cheese sandwich kids meal. The turkey and cheese was melty hot on sliced bread and the order came with a drink and what I would describe as home fries. They call them Merick fries. It was all really good!

Food is great! People are friendly they make me feel appreciated .
I want to come back to try everything item on the menu.There is a lot on the menu to choose from!
