Well I have been dealing with the city hall for many years and they have always been good people but let me tell you about my experience with them today!!! So they have a utility clerk that is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with EVER she is so rude and unprofessional and should definitely not be working with the public and giving our town a BAD reputation!
I hope they can fix the problem so other people don’t have to deal with what I had to deal with today!!!
Horrible customer service skills!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your thinking about moving near mcloud you might want to think again and make sure you dont move in the city limits. I have had nothing but trouble dealing with Mcloud city and the trash service.
