Comfort Suites

Nice clean room. Good breakfast. Hard to find a decent hotel for this price these days. Comfort suites are my favorite right now.

Great service from breakfast hostess, $50 deposit taken on my c/c but not allowed to bill a personal pizza from the pantry to my room? Per pm shift cash only. 👎 No one at the front desk when I checked in during the a.m. shift after driving all night and had to get the breakfast hostess to find someone to finally give me my keys. No apology for the long wait, and I rang the bell multiple times. Great room though I had little opportunity to hang out inside.

Stayed 2 nights for onboarding process for new hire and I got the job done.
Staff was very attentive from the front desk to housekeeping.

Clean and comfortable hotel with good hot breakfast. My only complaint would be that even with the blackout curtains closed, it was still too bright in our room. Thankfully I had clips and was able to clip an extra layer to block outside lights. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Easy to get to. Check in was easy and the clerk tried to get a first floor room, but since there's an elevator, getting to the 3rd floor was easy. Nice layout with couch area. Shower for this room (handicap accessible) has a small step to get into it.

Nice big rooms and loved the high ceilings and separate area with sleeper. Linens and beds very comfortable.

Staff was so very friendly and accommodating. The ladies at the desk were so helpful in many situations. The breakfast was delicious and the young lady that coordinated the breakfast was so kind and friendly. Loved the little marketplace they had that allowed you to get snacks and snacks for the flights too.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. In a safe area with good parking and lighting. Would definitely stay here again.

I must say I stayed at home 2 suites and it was amazing so I had to try out they neighbor comfort suites and honey who ever the lady Mrs.claudette was honey it felt like I was at home .she made my stay just perfect I'm so grateful for her compassion for her job she made my stay wonderful .who ever the Claudette lady was honey you rock.❤❤❤❤thank u Mrs Claudette

We just walked in after checking 3 other places that were booked. The front desk person-Pam George was simply FANTASTIC! She accommodated us with no problem and did it with a genuine smile. It was very refreshing to have such amazing customer service for a change! The room was very clean and perfect! Thank You for making our stay so pleasing!!

Worked out great for me! Called earlier in the afternoon and was happy to hear they had a suite available. The lobby is clean and the nighttime staff, Best, was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious with nice amenities. Shower was clean and water was hot. Easy to see and find from the highway heading north or south. Definitely recommended.

My family rented two a few rooms here so everyone could go ride the Train to Christmas Town. The hotel lobby was lovely, festively decorated, warm and inviting. The rooms were very nice and spacious but, more importantly, they we're clean and comfortable. We stayed in our motorhome but spent time with our family at the hotel. Our family enjoyed the breakfast options. The staff were very welcoming. Great experience for all.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice size with everything we needed. Super comfortable beds and nice indoor pool. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra night.

Margaret at the front desk was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions and more. The room smelled clean. It looked newly renovated. Everything was beautiful. Glad we chose to stay there Definitely a high recommendation.

We were very happy with our stay here. Very clean and beautiful. Nice mattress and pillows, loved the shower, and nice couch sitting area. Breakfast was great, very well stocked and very clean area to eat in. Liked it so much we booked another stay on our way home from vacation. We will be staying here again in the future!

Great service. Long road trip. Called for room availability and the lady who answered was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were huge and very clean and price was reasonable. Quiet overall. Breakfast was good. Pleanty of options. Dining area was clean and the lady overseeing it was nice and helpful. Checkout time wasnt until noon which was great since we didnt get there until 2 in the morning. Lady at tge front desk for checkout was extremely nice. Noticed a small leak in shower head. She listened intently and wrote it down to be looked at. And was extremely greatful for the information. If you're ever driving through and need a quiet clean place to rest your head this is the place. I know we will stay again.

After traveling for over 10 hours, we came tired and overspent. Thankfully we had a nice clean hotel room to pass out in. The beds were comfy and the breakfast did it's job. Lots of stuff to choose from, and we stuffed our faces. Plus, everyone was very friendly. Great stay and we'd definitely stay again.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. Quiet. Nice size room. Free breakfast. This hotel exceeded my expectations especially since the price was reasonable and it is a small town.

We stopped here over night on our way through, front desk staff was quick and kind. Rooms were very clean, I normally get very uncomfortable at hotels but everything was so clean I was instantly calm. Slept great and even got to sleep in with a 12 noon check out time! Would definitely stay here again if we pass through.

Very clean.. rooms are great. Professional staff, especially Mrs. Barfield that was on the desk when we checked in. Even though we just met her, you can tell she is an asset to this company and very genuine and courteous with her customers!! She is a 5 STAR.....really need to treat her good and respect her or somebody will steal her from you!!!!!! :0)

A wonderful hotel. I spent 4 nights at the Comfort Suites in Batesville, MS while on business. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everything was super clean and fresh. Everyone was so friendly and nice. I am positive there is not only a great deal of time spent on training but that the management truly cares about the employees. I highly recommend staying here.
