RedMed Urgent Clinic of Batesville

Fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It was my first time to go and I was impressed! I’d been sick a couple of days and needed to know what was going on so I didn’t miss any more work. They were informative and thorough!!

It’s not their fault I found out I had Covid! Ha ha… but I was grateful to know what I was dealing with.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the RedMed in Batesville, MS!!

My experience with Red Med was great! The staff was great. My day started off on a bad note with another facility (Urgent Care in Batesville, MS) but once I did my triage with RedMed and the staff understood my issues and all my needs were met. My blood pressure was slightly elevated and I could not receive a shot. The staff made sure that my blood pressure was stable before I left RedMed!

This was my first time visiting this location! From the time I walked in the service was AMAZING!!! Even though I was in pain these ladies made my visit very COMFORTABLE! My overall experience was TOP TIER! Very clean environment, positive energy, and they were very helpful! Thank you for making my visit with you all a success!!!

Ms. Cathy Elmore at the front desk is the BEST, and she was very helpful she guided me through everything I needed to get signed it and was very friendly. Overall, the entire staff seemed to love their jobs.

Very friendly staff I enjoyed getting in and out in a timely manner. Nurse practitioner showed much concern about my condition. Very clean clinic.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience had a really terrible time when my mother was feeling horrible, and has been enduring a lot of health issues before this. And, everyone especially Chrystal Brewer went the extra mile did the extra effort, and the provider everyone was superior and their dedication and their follow through!!! I am very grateful!!

Fast, excellent care. My husband had been sick for a few days and went here instead of our PCP. We love our PCP but they have to work you in with the regular appointments and it just makes for a long wait. When you don’t feel well at all, this can be uncomfortable. He was diagnosed with Flu B. I woke up the next morning very congested and ran down, so decided to go myself. They were fast and friendly. The NP called me in Tamiflu to hopefully keep me from getting any worse & to decrease my recovery time. Thank You RedMed!!

My nurse, Mae, was fantastic. The nurse practitioner, Pam, was also great. Very polite staff, and had me back in no time!

Doctor was very sweet and detailed. Would love to have her as my PCP. Redmed is fast and reliable. Will definitely continue going here if needed.

Friendly staff! Nurse was quick to call me back, and nurse practitioner was on-the-spot. Diagnosis was made, prescription called in to pharmacy, and feeling better already. What more could I ask for?

I really enjoyed my visit to RedMed of Batesville. Fast and friendly service! The nurse practitioner, RaeDena Hill, had excellent bedside manners. I was in and out in an hour.
