I'm an OTR driver for a locally based trucking company. Yesterday I had occasion to meet one of your employees, Scott. Sorry I don't remember his last name.
I was in my personal auto, a 2005 Tundra, and coming out of a store I found my battery absolutely dead.
Scott was parked next to me and seeing my hood raised offered to help.
Though surely his work day was over, he went and fetched a jump box and stuck with me untill I could head to a parts store and purchase a new battery, and would not accept any gratuity for the "overtime" he put in helping a complete stranger.
I know folks will complain when they think something is bad. I just wanted you to know that I have met one of your best. Thanks for having exceptional employees like Scott.

These guys have come to my rescue more than once. Twice now, my car doors ate my window and wouldn't spit it back up (different door each time). The folks at Carnell's go the part replaced for a very fair price both times and they got it done quickly. They are always polite and very professional, and they've very transparent about the problem and the process to fix it. I will always recommend Carnell's. These are good, honest, hard working people who will help you in anyway they can.

My experience with Carnell’s Collision Repair was fantastic! My car was badly damaged from a wreck a few weeks previous. I can honestly say I had no idea where to even start on getting it repaired but Carnell’s great and friendly service made the whole thing so much easier. They thoroughly informed me of pretty much everything they were going to do with the car and made sure it was everything I wanted and needed to be done. And when it came down to repairing my car, I thought it would take a few weeks when it only took 4-5 business days. When I came to pick my car up, it looked perfect and as if the wreck had never even happened. I’m am truly thankful and would recommend Carnell’s Collision Repair to anyone. Carnell's has the best owner and crew! I'm very please with the front-end collision repair. Everyone is very friendly and knows their stuff. Lyndsay is beautiful and oh so helpful when I'm calling with questions. Mr. David is hilarious and amazing! Definitely recommend!

I needed my bumper repaired and after a little research and reading some reviews, I chose to have my insurance set up an appointment at Carnell's for my Honda Fit. I walked in and was greeted immediately and taken back to fill out the necessary paperwork. The young man that took care of my son and I was polite, good-spirited, and organized. We were in and out very quickly and I felt confident leaving my vehicle there. When I came to pick her up, they had cleaned and vacuumed the interior, buffed out many small scrapes and scratches on the exterior, washed the windows, pretty much detailed the whole dang car! It looked almost as brand new as a mom with kids can get her 5 year old car. Give them your business, you won't regret it!

I have had done a lot of business with Carnell’s over the years. All I can say is wow, they do amazing work. When I say work, let me explain. They work to meet and exceed your expectations. They work to find OEM parts at the best price and the craftsmanship that this team performs, is top notch. The staff works hard to communicate with the customer about what is going on, even if it is just to give you an update on delays. They work to give you amazing customer service and Work their best to get your vehicle back to you, looking better than when you needed them. David Carnell and the entire staff do amazing work.

Carnell’s has taken care of my cars for over a decade. They have fixed everything from significant front end damage when I hit a deer to a cracked windshield. The entire team is respectful, helpful, and keeps me informed about my car. They always have a smile on their faces when you go in and that’s comforting when you are dropping off your car to have some kind of damage repaired. I highly recommend them for all your auto body repair and windshield replacement needs.

Did excellent job repairing my car, they were very professional, had everything under control. Made a very stressful time so easy. Explained everything very clearly and told me when my car would be done and made sure it was.

My last visit was really a simple request. David took care of it quickly and had me out the door. All while we had friendly conversation full of smiles. I've done business here before and would take him my business no matter how big or small anytime

I have a brand new Toyota Rav 4 and someone backed into it and left. Hit and run. I was very upset because it wasn’t 6 months old and the color was a Black Currant which I figured would be hard to match. They walked me through everything, told me what to do to get my rental through my insurance and made sure I was taken care of. They took my car in on Christmas Eve morning no less and within a week it was back on the road good as new. The paint job was beautiful and the color matched perfectly. Everyone was so nice and helpful and really put my mind at ease. Best place around to get your car repaired if you ever have a collision.

My truck was vandalized. Mr Carnell took the time to look over my damages and gave me a fair quote. He also relieved a lot of stress off of me by working with my adjuster directly . He help arrange a rental car during my repairs and took me to pick up my rental. I can see that he goes above and beyond for his customers. I would highly recommend Carnells to anyone who wants the job done right !

I was well satisfied with my truck.

Very professional, helpful, bent over backward to help us. Back before Christmas, one of the University's newer buses was rear-ended causing damage to bumper, side panel, and handicap lift/door. This was the only bus the department had with a lift; it could not be taken out of service for long period of time. We contacted Dave, scheduled to have it repaired over our Christmas break and returned before Jan 2 for an 8:00 am run.

Dave came and got the vehicle, repaired it, and had it sitting back on our lot before Jan 2. Thank you very much. Great work.

I walked in on a Thursday to get an estimate on damage from a car accident and a week later I was driving away a happy customer. Carnells handled all the details and made the experience very positive. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Carnell did an excellent job on my car. The insurance company wanted to total my perfectly good but older car and Mr. Carnell fought to get my car repaired and a rental. Highly recommend.

Great people. I hit an alligator on bridge over Mississippi. I was stranded on my way to new job in Shaker Town. They fixed my car first thing in morning so I could get on the road again. They even picked me and my dogs up from the hotel. It gave me hope in the human race again! "On the road again . . . I can't wait to get on the road again. I just can't wait to get back on the road again!"

Definitely the best auto body shop in southeast Missouri in my opinion. Great customer service and they do the job right. I would 100% recommend them.
