Philadelphia House of Pancakes

I really enjoy going by and getting a good breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, and hash browns. It is always cooked just the way I like it and the service is always very good. It is a great plane for breakfast or lunch (I have not tried the dinner yet)!

The place is very inviting. The staff is friendly and personable. The food is tasty. Of course, as with all American restaurants, the portions are too big. I would rather see a smaller portion and a cheaper price. However, it's worth stopping in for!

Friendly service, tasty food, pancakes and waffle were delicious. Warm atmosphere. Our waitress and other staff was very nice and attentive.

Best breakfast ever! I've tried many different breakfast places across the country, but this place beats them all. It makes you feel welcomed the moment you step in. Very clean, very cozy. Friendly staff.
I ordered strawberry crepes(you have to ask for them, they are not on the menu), and they came out absolutely amazing. Not many places serve those and I was happy to find them here. Crepes came with a side, and I ordered hushbrowns with ham, cheese, mushrooms and grilled onions. It was perfect. You can tell they cook theirs from scratch. Probably had to shred the potatoes too. Amazing food!
My husband's meal was more than he could eat. Every food was cooked absolutely perfect. And I mean it! It was perfect. Flavors were full. Not too much seasoning so you can actually taste the food itself. Steak, shrimp, cabbage, all was great. Sweet potato fries come without the sugar on them- which was a big deal for us. I absolutely recommend. If I could leave 10 ☆ I would.

After a disappointment at the Huddle House, we decided to try this establishment this morning, 3/4/24. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding by three young ladies who made us feel right at home. Will definitely be back when in Philadelphia!!!

The best steak omelet I've ever eaten. Our waitress was awesome. The food was hot and plentiful. We were staying at the casino hotel but decided to have breakfast offsite. I'm glad that we made that decision.

I was kinda skeptical about coming after reading some of the reviews and after realizing they are not connected with IHOP. But Please Let me tell y’all My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. I am so glad we made this trip. Carla was awesome. Hats of to chef and other staff. I did not see any of the negativity mentioned in the other comments. Please come

Very good food, super nice staff

Very delicious food with friendly staff! The food is homemade and you can definitely tell all the food is homemade(the chef came out to personally greet us). He puts love into his food and from a former culinary major with an associates in culinary arts I highly respect that. The quality is definitely wonderful and you get an amazing quantity to justify what you’re being charged. Will be coming back!!!!

My family and I stopped by to have dinner and the server Lindsey Ashley was very nice and welcoming.. she took our order made sure our food was the way we wanted… the cook did amazing on the food… the environment was clean and nice… we will definitely be back

This was our first time going to this restaurant. We we're a little skeptical about going in, but we asked a family that were walking out, how was the food. And they gave great compliments about the food; so we decided to try it. I'm sooo glad we did... The food was absolutely delicious. And the customer service was excellent/outstanding! Overall we loved everything... And recommend anyone to go to this restaurant, if you're in Philadelphia, MS!!!

The waiters were nice and friendly. The food was very good. I got the cheese grits, smoked sausage, biscuit and gravy. My son and nephew got the sausage links and pancakes. I was glad that sweet cream was available for my coffee. Very nice place to eat.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was really good. We had omelettes and home fries. I ordered grits and took one bite. I guess that would be one of my complaints but the omelette more than made up for it!

So, good! Old school local restaurant with really good breakfast. Omelette was HUGE. Smoked sausage was perfectly cooked - you don't see this a lot on menus anymore. Polite, attentive servers.

Worth the drive. We all enjoyed our meals, the service was fantastic and they made it super easy to our handicap Dad in and out the doors with ease.

The clerk was awsome. She welcomed our family to the restaurant. Told us a little about the town and herself. We enjoyed the food and the entire staff.

For a table of 5, all the food was cooked great and everyone enjoyed their meals. They have good breakfast for young children too. The wait was not too long either and all the staff were very nice. Would eat here again
