We have enjoyed working with Great Windows. A wonderful company, that is one of the few left that provides and installs American made products. They do an excellent job with installation. They were even kind enough to go to Kinston to do my mother's home and her friend's homes. Friendly, prompt and professional.

Gus is the man! His team does great work! Very down to earth.

Not overly impressed. A gentleman came and measured the windows then told me that his wife would be in contact for fabric choice before he can give me a quote. I patiently waited and never heard back. This was a large job (I would estimate $5000 +), so I was surprised at the lack of follow through. I gave two stars because the man was chatty and kind just not interested in quoting on my job.

Website indicates 'Serving Eastern North Carolina'; however, sounds like some rude and snobbish folks. They responded to my website request by calling, so first strike...not tech savvy. Anyway, first question was where did I live, once I told the woman my general location she formed an opinion about my economic status and told me they don't cover my area. However I live in Eastern North Carolina. So, before you waste your time contacting check your snobbiness level on the preceived social status meter used by this company.
