Mc Loud Family Practice

This review is for Kim Ryan. I've never had a doctor listen as attentively or be so thorough explaining how your body reacts to any issues you may be dealing with medically. Just as I have placed blame on doctors for not listening to the patient, I am guilty for questioning the advice of my doctor's. She may be the first I've come across to put my full trust in.

For Dr. Kim. I have never had a doctor spend as much time as she did on a patient. She was super nice and very informational about all medications I was on .

I have gotten excellent care with each provider.
The Nurse Practitioner, Kim Ryan is knowledgeable and answers my questions throughly; However, they are ALL good in my opinion.

My mom went to this clinic for specific reasons and nothing was done, no ultrasounds nothing, my mom died last month from the symptoms she complained of and yall sent me a card saying sorry and that “it seemed so sudden”… when in fact she came to you months prior and you did nothing besides tell her to check with her other doctor who my mom told you was not helping her at all and cancelling appointments. And I asked for records of said visits and never got them… 🙂

Had an appointment at 2:30, got a call at 1200 letting me know the Dr wouldn't be there. Asked why they didn't let me know sooner than 2 hours before my appointment and it was because the "Dr called in but was going to come in if she felt better"

I get that life happens outside of my needs but come on, 2 hours before is ridiculous when I could have been told in the morning. I wouldn't want you to treat me if you're still sick anyways even if you are feeling better. You still are sick.
