We were in need of a new truck, so we contacted Tyler. His knowledge was outstanding, not a single question went unanswered. Battery was dead on my suburban. The nicest gentleman came and jump started my vehicle and lined it up to take to Vern Eide shop. They diagnostic tested the battery and system. My battery was good. They run an honest business. The staff are over the top friendly and accommodating. The service is excellent. My husband and I are very thankful to have a reliable service department we trust!

I found a truck on the verneide website that would pull my new travel trailer, but unfortunately someone beat me to it. Pat Skinner, my Sales person suggested I order the perfect truck online and get what I needed plus what I wanted in a truck. It took a while due to Ford manufacturing delays, but last week I picked up my new F150 XLT. I could have had the truck delivered within 15 miles of my house, but I was so impressed with the Vern Eide sales and finance team that I drove 150 miles to do business with them. The wait was worth it. The drive was worth it. They honored the agreed price from 6 months ago and the truck was prepped to perfection. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Wyatt. Not only was he extremely genuine, but also a true professional. He answered any questions that I had about the truck and the financing. He addressed any of my concerns with an expert response. His knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that
I encountered at other dealerships across the Midwest. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to wheel and deal to get the deal that worked for me. He found a way to make the financing work better for me even though I came in with a really good offer from capital one.

I live 2 hours away from Vern Eide Chevy. I found the truck online, and contacted the dealership online. I didn’t feel at a disadvantage because I was so far away. I was taken care of just the same as if I lived in Mitchell, SD. Wyatt took a video of the truck and sent me additional photos of the truck to I could do most of the deciding through photos. Their online auto check from Experian allowed me to look at all of the vehicle history and make sure the truck was a good fit for me.
