I’ve purchased several things from the comfort of my home in Tennessee. I found this jeweler on social media and followed along with their posts and was able to buy several items working with Rachel. When I see something I like, I shoot her a message and she gets back to me quickly, and has even worked with me to purchase bracelets thru another jeweler!! Also one year they even remembered my birthday and had flowers sent to me!! I can not put into words how special that made me feel! I’ve never even met her in person! I’ve attached a few pictures of a couple of the items that I’ve bought, and even as of right now, I’m trying to buy another!! (Also, I’m aware my jewelry needs cleaning, that’s no reflection on their business, it’s because I hardly ever take it off!!)

I had heard that Taylor Made Jewelry was great but to experience for myself was something else. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we were kindly greeted by two amazing women. They were attentive and polite and addressed all of our concerns. My jewelry was cleaned, pieces were repaired and all questions were answered with honesty. But that is not what impressed me the most. My daughter brought in a necklace for the cremation ashes of her grandmother who had recently passed away. Neither of us knew how to fill the necklace or felt comfortable doing it. The jeweler tenderly agreed to assist us and gently and patiently took her time ensuring that it was handled properly and reverently. It was very difficult for my daughter to see because it was the first time she had seen her grandmother's ashes since she had passed. The ladies were kind throughout the whole process and even after it was time for them to have closed they continued to slowly work to make sure the piece of jewelry was secure and honored in how it was handled. I have never been more impressed with an employee of a company nor a business. This is definitely a place you can trust! Thank you Taylor Made for making a difficult circumstance a memorable occasion. You are the best!

This is my FAVORITE jewelry store, and the only place I shop. They have done custom pieces, I have bought new pieces, and pieces from their consignment selection. My husband bought me earrings from Taylor Made and he really liked them. I went there to have a family ring melted down and have a new piece made, and I have been a fan ever since. They have beautiful, quality jewelry and fair prices. Everyone is wonderful to work with, and their turn-around time on sizing and custom work is great. You never know what you might find at Taylor Made Jewelry so you should stop by regularly to make sure you’re not missing anything!

They are the classic small town jewelers that love the craft, love their clients,and love to work with customers. I have gotten custom anklets for my wife their and plan on getting more soon. They always have great sales and reasonable prices

My husband got me a new wedding band and had my engagment ring fixed for our anniversary. I am in LOVE with both! My husband had nothing but postive interactions with them as did I when I went in for sizing. Small town customer service with big city glam rings.

I went to Taylor Made Jewelry to have two rings cleaned and resized. One of which was very sentimental to me, seeing as it was my Nanas, who passed back in August. They are the only jeweler I would trust with that ring because they’re very respectful, honest, and careful with every piece that goes in and out of the store. I picked it up this morning, and as I tried it on for the first time in years, i teared up. It’s absolutely perfect. I genuinely want to thank Rachel for helping me out and doing such a great job! 💙 The prices are wonderful for the amazing service they provide! They previously fixed a bracelet of mine as well, so now I’m able to wear it after a year of the clasp being broken. I will definitely keep taking my business to them and refer as many friends as I can! They have gorgeous and GREAT quality jewelry (earrings, rings, bracelets, you name it...) for prices I haven’t been able to beat anywhere else! You’d be crazy to not go check them out!

Absolutely 💯 LOVE these guys/gals. My wife's diamond prong broke and we thought her rock was lost forever. Well we found it and mailed it to TMJ and they completely rebuilt the ring from top to bottom. It looks stunning 😍. My wife loved the repair work and it came back looking better than actual jewler we purchased it from "Andrew's Jewlery" . They are great people to deal with and awesome at what they do. WooHoo!!! I have done business with Taylor Made off and on for years, with repairs and such. My husband and I had a fantastic experience buying our wedding bands there nearly 2 years ago, and we bought a beautiful bracelet for him recently that just suits him to a "t". My last experience sent them over the top for me after having my engagement ring reset. :) It is a very unique ring which was previously my mother-in-law's, which needed a 6-prong setting as opposed to the existing 4. I have babied it for several years and am thrilled beyond words at the way the reset turned out after picking it up yesterday. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness, wisdom, and craftsmanship!

Taylor Made Jewelry in Nashville did an Awesome job cleaning up and Beautifying My Grandmothers ring. They took very good care of it! And it is Absolutely Gorgeous! They certainly have a Personal Touch! And I think they have a half price sale coming in preparation for Christmas. Stop by and see! They gave lots of Very Nice Jewelry!!!

Took my ring in to be cleaned and Rachel was absolutely fabulous!! My ring looks brand new and sparkles every time light hits it. Definitely recommend this jewelry store!!

Great place! Beautifully jewelry

Service was fast and amazing, outdid any other jewler that we had back in our hometown in Wilmington. It was worth the 2 & 1/2 hour drive to get my engagement ring resized and they carried the black rhodium that we needed to plate it with. No other jewelry company had black rhodium in stock and their prices were outrageous compared to Taylor Made Jewlery. And we only had to wait one hour for it to get done!

Great customer service and a very wide variety of jewelry and if they don’t have it they will make it or find it!!
