Walgreens

Called the pharmacy today and got an immediate response to my question. But since Jason left (transferred) services have not been the same! There is one gentleman that is very helpful and I can’t remember his name. The rest need customer service education! Still I’ll give them a 5 star rating b/c I’m sure they need their jobs.

My daughter and I use this pharmacy, and love them. The employees are always so nice, and the pharmacy techs are so helpful. The pharmacist even called me after I had a new prescription filled to check and see how I was doing.

Being new in town was very stressful, but the staff at this Walgreen's was wonderful! they took the time to explain things to me. Everyone was polite, helpful, and kind..... Thanks for making a newcomer welcome!

The staff is always very helpful when I have questions. Everyone is always very kind. It’s the only pharmacy I go to in Nashville.

This Walgreens is exceptional. It's clean, and the staff members are very professional.

Now that the pharmacist, Jason isgone the pharmacy has lost its appeal. I will be leaving as soon as I can get my doctor to transfer my prescription. I have good service there in the past but those days are gone.

One star is really 2 high for this review , because of one pharmacy employee she is very arrogant and rude. If she deals with other customers like she has with our family. It's a wonder if they can even keep the doors open. We will be taking our business elsewhere !

Since these new ones are running things it's absolutely terrible.I am transferring all meds somewhere else. These people are absolutely incompetent.I will never deal with Walgreens again because of the stupidity in this store, should be closed

Every single time I go. My prescription is supposed to be ready and we can have that ready in 30 minutes for you, sir. That is what I get.

The pharmacy at this location is inadequate at best now! No longer are they efficient or helpful. No longer do they say thank you or recognize your patronage in any way. The days of dealing with knowledgeable pharmacy staff is OVER!!!

Not properly equipped for FedEx drop off process. Cannot print label from the right label machine so you’ll have to connect your phone via cable to their photo printing equipment. Then they’ll charge you for the printing.. I could have just printed the label at home and dropped it off at a FedEx location.

Terrible customer service by pharmacy tech. Must be contagious as I have witnessed a pharmacist versteeg an elderly woman for asking questions too close to his glass.

They've messed up the three times I've had my subscription refilled early and when I finally go to get it they have to go search for it.

The pharmacy is closed on a Saturday at 7:50pm when they aren't suppose to close until 9pm. Just ridiculous and they were the closest to home.
