Sam's Xpress Car Wash

Great wash, I came the other day to wash my SUV which was remotely clean already but my favorite thing about it was the customer service. The employees asked how the wash went and made sure that I was satisfied with my the results of my car. After they cleaned my car’s exterior, there’s a vacuum cleaner you can use to clean the interior. There’s also a lobby with chairs, a table, vending machines with snacks, and a place you can charge your phone and watch TV. On top of that you can drink a fresh coffee for free! So after you finish getting your car cleaned you have a comfortable area to sit down and enjoy a drink afterwards. There’s also a gas pump right next to the wash area also free air for your tires and nothing feels better than a clean car with a full tank! The employees were very kind and made sure everything went smoothly for me. Definitely will be coming again.

Enjoy my wash. The workers were polite and on there posts. Also came by my car to seeif I needed anything. Great Customer Service. The vacuums worked well, and the parking lot was clean.

I normally only go here for gas but I went for a car wash on Thursday and the staff was amazing. The guy that came over and did my payment was so respectful and held a great conversation with me. He said some encouraging words that people at businesses just don't say anymore. I will be going back. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, my car looked dusty and stale before going through the car wash, and came out sparkling.

Car came out nice and clean and I had everything I needed to get the inside nice and clean and smelling fresh! Rides like a new truck 😊

The best car wash in Rocky Mount hands down!! It doesn't matter what car wash you get, your car is guaranteed to be clean. Vacuum cleaners are free with any car wash and if you notice your vehicle still is dirty, talk to a supervisor or manager, they'll either personally clean it for you, or send you back through the wash at no extra cost.

People there are friendly, kind, professional and above all else very courtesy. I've never been to a car wash where they help you like this place does. So, well mannered. I will be going there again next time we need our vehicle washed and vacuumed.

Top notch car wash! Not only did they get my car super clean but the staff was exceptionally polite and very detailed with pre cleaning. The vacuum are high power and work well. This is a true 5 star establishment.

I went to get a car wash, normally I never go through brush washes but my car really needed a clean! Sam’s was amazing and one of the workers, Yutaka, was so helpful!

Best car wash around!!! The guys always ask if everything is okay and make sure you're satisfied. They open promptly at 7:30 and I'm there at 7:35 after leaving PF. The only thing I could offer is that they should have tire shine in bottles to spray on your tires. I'd give them 10 stars if possible. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Nice nice wash and friendly employees. They have memberships you can sign up for which is great if you get alot of car washes throughout the week.

Update , no change , if not anything they're better... Was with shell rapid lube and rip tide car wash , that's ending , this car wash got up under my rain guards, no where else have I seen this.
Still no change , great ,clean ,and friendly.

The best facility around hands down! Met Gary today and he so pleasant and happy to be of service. You don't see that a lot these days. I use all of their locations and have never had an issue. I hope they are considering a location in Wilson and Goldsboro NC. 😉

My car needed a good was so I went after work today and as usual there was great service with a smile and the free vacuum. As I was vacuuming out my car one of the employees named Ryan came and helped me out in getting my car wiped down and he was very friendly and we had a great conversation. He made me feel very welcome there. Will keep returning to this location because of people like him.

My husband and I took our jeep here today, purchased our wash and got in line. Right as we were about to pull in a very nice guy named Jacob informed us our fishing rod rack could not go through the wash as it is a (understandably) liability and could rip the brushes or worse. He then proceeded to wash our jeep by hand. We were (pleasantly) surprised. Great customer service and the staff is awesome.

I visit here weekly. It is my favorite place to clean my car! I love the ability to wash my mats and of course use a free vacuum to really get all the dirt out of my vehicle! Ps, they always make sure everything is okay with you! Great service!
