A. pleasant experience. Everyone very helpful. My new impressions fit well after the tech shave off the excess of of them got home place bottom group in I bit down both even with one another. My daughter said Dr.Choi was so gentle and almost cried when she saw her front tooth.The staff is above and beyond nice. We can't sing this Dentist praises enough! I wish we had found him 7 years ago instead of using the chain dental clinics.

Dr. Jae and his staff are amazing. Honest, caring, professional. Another dentist told me I needed a tooth extracted, Dr. Jae was able to do a root canal and save my tooth as well as pain and money. I drive from North OKC and it is worth it!

This dentist office treats Patients with respect and genuine kindness. I have a lot of work to get done, and they have been courteous and compassionate. I've been to some dentists that made me feel ashamed, so it means a lot to be comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

These stars are only for the professionals in the Back! Dr Choi and staff have always made me feel extremely comfortable. I've been coming to this office for 5 years now, being originally an invisalign patient then to traditional braces. As you can imagine being seen for ortho for five years has been a long, costly commitment for the office and I, but I'm finally seeing results and happy to be done with this part of my life. I drive all the way from Mwc because of this doctor's reputation. Today I was informed by Miranda at the front desk (which has changed multiple times) That if I rescheduled another appointment that they would no longer schedule me and I would have to call every day to see if someone canceled to get in. My mouth is full of metal and I'm at the tail end of my treatment which is already completely paid for. I've rescheduled 3 times since October so this was her reasoning. It's flu season, covid season, strep season, and I have an overly demanding job. Life happens. They're not the only ones with a busy schedule and in the five years I've never been made aware of this "policy" also never been warned or charged a fee for rescheduling . She went straight to "we will no longer schedule you" I want this done more than anyone!! The front end of the business has never matched the back end I’m sure they'll dig up some additional things they can charge me for after this review since they're also in charge of that. The anxiety of going to the dentist shouldn't come from the front desk. If you can get through them you'll certainly appreciate the gentleness of the professionals in the back!

Came in for tooth pain. The nurse/tech who assisted me was professional and polite. Was very accommodating. I was using my cane and was going slowly due to having a recent total knee replacement. She offered her hand to help me get out of the chair. Told me to take my time. Very thoughtful. Have to have my filling redone. I am glad that I am able to get my services from Mcloud Dental Center.

The best experience with a dentist office. The staff are so friendly, and always take great care of my little boy.

Cleaning was easy and through. Floride treatment was great, next cleaning already scheduled. Entire office knowledgeable and courteous.

Hats off to the best dental visit I have ever had in 52 years. I was treated with so much compassion and care. The staff were so comforting. The hygienist was awesome. I was so frightened to be there but she was so reassuring I would be fine. Last thing I remember was her wiping the tears from my eyes. Forever grateful, wish all professionals could be this compassionate. 💜

They are fabulous here! I was a bit upset they cancelled my appointment due to me not confirming an appointment by text. Sometimes I just don't have a phone. Other than that everyone here is wonderful and kind and the dentist is amazing

Went to the other mcloud dentistry and they were snooty and acted like they were afraid to touch me! I was insulted to say the least. I went to mcloud dental and they were very warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The assistant Shawnee was a delight and the doctor was quite informative and it was a great experiemce!!! I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care!!!

Very friendly staff!! So far cleanings and extractions have gone very well. The doctor was gentle and checked in with me often. The hygienists are attentive and warm. They have even paid close attention to optimizing the utilization of my insurance and working with me financially. So far so good!!!

I was very concerned about no narcotic pain medication prescription (ibuprofen only) after a lower wisdom tooth extraction, but it didn't even hurt the next day.

I'll be back for cleaning.
