Anderson Skin & Cancer Clinic

I made an appointment with Anderson Skin And Cancer several years back and was seen by Lori Sloan. First of all she was very professional and very knowledgeable. My results came back and I had an advanced Melanoma on my leg. Lori assured me everything would be fine and that made me feel much better. I see Lori every 4 months and cannot say enough good things about her and the rest of the staff at Anderson Skin And Cancer.

I showed up to my appointment after making an appointment over a month ago. I verified over the phone that my insurance was accepted. I arrived and the lady tells me they do not accept my insurance. On top of that the woman at the window is very loud airing out all my personal business to the entire Lobby. She definitely needs to tone it down a notch and remember it is a doctor's office. I left extremely frustrated and felt the woman sensitivity to privacy was lacking in every way. As for the doctors and nurses I could not tell you as I did not even get to see them because they did not accept my insurance after being reassured that they did accept the insurance I had. The office was a 30 minute drive for me.

Better take lunch! In waiting room over an hour and a half and still waiting. Incompetent scheduling or office management
