The doctors and nurses are all so nice so far but my husband just started going there. Everyone from the greeters to the doctor are all compassionate and caring. Nurses know you by name as soon as u walk in the door.

Have been treated quite fairly. I realize they are busy but they have never been rude when at their busiest. I may not feel well but they do seem to try and make it as easy on me as possible.

I have waited 2 weeks for someone to call me to obtain an appointment with a hematologist. The referral was sent two weeks ago. The receptionist is rude and her answers were very short. Basically she said I can't tell you anything except you just have to wait. I will begin seeking another hematologist out of town.

I would like to say first and foremost, that IN person, the staff outside of my assigned doctor were pleasant and easy to deal with. Over the phone has been touch and go as some have sounded snappish but no one has ever been right out rude.

That being said, I'm not entirely pleased with this place and I've only visited once. If you're military, prepare to make numerous phone calls to ensure you get your medical history over to them outside of your referrals because they WON'T call you to tell you what you're missing what Humana/Tricare didn't send them. The way their new patient scheduling works is: they get the referral and (hopefully) your health history, they do some additional research to see if they need to do any specialty care for you, and then they call. If any of that process is interrupted or delayed, YOU have to call to figure it out or you'll never hear from them unless everything went smoothly. In my case, it took me 2 months to get an appointment.

As for the actual doctor I visited today; If it weren't for the Labwork you requested, that I also have an interest in having a medical history for, I would have found a new Hematologist TODAY. I will happily drive over an hour to a doctor in OKC to have my opinion and thoughts respected.

I cannot speak on behalf of others with their visits and I sincerely hope their visits have been far better than mine but if you have a fairly rare condition, you might want to consider going elsewhere.

Small edit/update: I changed doctors a few days after this visit. It took two phone calls to cancel my follow-up appointment they scheduled for me. The first from myself personally in which the lady I spoke with seemed to be in disbelief I would cancel because I chose to switch. The second call (as they called me to I'm assuming was to confirm the cancelation?), my husband answered and despite saying multiple times that I had already switched and had requested to cancel, they still seemed resistant to do so. I'll be keeping an eye out in the near future for a "missed" appointment as I'm not confident they actually respected my request.

Wife was given a referral to this place and whoever your receptionist/scheduler working today is very nasty and rude. Hangs up on people very abruptly and has the worst attitude on earth. There are better ways to treat ppl and this isn’t it.

After being paraded around like a show pony, stand here, walk here, scale, lab, turn, walk ...

The doctor, who has rescheduled my appointment twice bc he wants to hear what my rheumatologist says, finally sees me.

To tell me it is dietary, and it is good I am too poor to eat red meat, apparently he is so busy worshipping cows he doesn't realize diet does NOT cause all health problems.

When I get up to leave he says wait there is medicine!

Which is it, diet or I need medicine!!

Do not waste time going to this office for any reason, they are rude and condescending.

They decide to drop my husband who has Terminal cancer all because his insurance won't pay anymore his hope are lost Thank alot he giving up on living I hope y'all are happy with yr desicision and top that off they would not even Listen to him.. update now they said if he go get rude hateful or anything not consider respectful they said they would make him leave so they can be disrespectful for us and be bossy to us and tell him what he can and can't do but if we try to put our opinion we're wrong and they're right that is not being respectful Dr. George the cancer doctor said if he didn't like it that they would transfer him somewhere else so I would highly not recommend this place for anybody that has famers I have caved have cancer patients because if they say something disrespectful to you you just have to take it and you can't voice your opinion you can't they say you can get mad but you can't get hateful you cannot get rude you cannot cuss and we don't do that but yeah they can yell and scream and holler at us but yet we can't see what we need to say I swear the wrong so I do not highly highly recommend nobody to go to this cancer doctor they are not caring and they are not compassionate they even told my husband they weren't going to give him transfusion fluids anymore because they think he didn't need it and would not listen to him and now he has an infection in his stomach from not getting any transfusion fluids

I was referred by my doctor, after not hearing from them called three different times to try and make an appointment. Was told that the scheduling nurse would call me.
That was two months ago.
