This company is awesome. I am not even a customer yet and they helped me out so much. I am building a new home and at the last minute I needed them to complete some pre wire before sheet rocking. Courtney D and Carter came through. The whole staff was excellent and helpful when I called as well. I look forward to doing business with them for a long time.

WOW! Everything went great with WCTEL fiber optic sale and install. The installers were great, quick but careful, stayed to answer my questions. 6 days use and everything is running great, at the speed I selected up/download. I highly recommend WCTEL.

I can't think of a thing that could have gone better or more impressively! WCTel's phone representative listened to my description of our internet outage, apologized, and scheduled a technician to follow up. The technician arrived within the hour, removed a failed backup battery, and restarted our system.

The servicemen were so helpful. They were very expedient. The customer service lady was respectful. The installer name Trip was clean and really supportive. Marvin came and plotted the area were the internet box would be placed and he was really informative and supportive. Thank you guys for such a great experience! 👍

Excellent technician that explained the set up well.

We needed affordable internet connection in a second home. I called WCTEL, first they answered the phone quickly, were knowledgeable in their product, helped me decide on a plan that fit our needs. I asked to have installation as soon as possible. They were able to connect within 2 weeks. They employees that came to the house: were on time, professional, complied with covid policies, and cared that we were happy with connection before they left. I am so glad we did not go with the other provider in the area. I wish they provided service in out primary home.

My only regret is that I didn’t switch to West Carolina “WCTEL/FIBER” sooner. Awesome customer service and an actual local company. Installer/Tech was great!!! If I knew his name I would post. (W.C. can pull it up and see by my name and W/O I’m sure) Loud shoutout to him! Very clean/neat installation!! Very professional! Customer service and Tech’s are the face of any business and from the appointment scheduling (on the phone.... possibly Brittany? she was with a trainee) to the install, highly satisfied and recommended!! Their growth alone in the last several years is evidence of that. They’ve definitely secured my internet business! I highly recommend West Carolina Tel!!

Customer service is always excellent. Whenever we have a problem or issue, they are here the same day to fix. Always very nice and friendly!

The associates of WCTEL have all been very professional. From the first phone call of setting up my account to the installation and the use of the service, everything has been top-notch!

West Carolina staff worked very hard to fix a problem we had with our phone bringing multiple technicians until they were able to pinpoint the problem.

Our appointment was scheduled and service was installed shortly after. The guys from WCTEL were very friendly, professional and efficient. We had great service!

These guys are amazing. We had some technical issues on Thanksgiving and Zach got us back up and running super quick at our business. I highly recommend them!
