Not enough stars! We stumbled across this place by accident. What a gem, honestly! My 6 year old had the time of his life, and I know we'll be regulars from now on. Absolutely love supporting a prior military couple, taking in these animals from all over and nursing them back to health. This is rescuing done right! You can see the love and dedication these two have put into this; it's truly inspiring. I never leave reviews but this place deserves it and more. Never have we been to a place where the owners welcome you like friends and the animals are so happy. Everyone should give them a visit, you won't regret it!

Fantastic place to take the kids! Staff is so friendly and involved in your visit. It definitely seemed like some of the animals were posing for me. So fun!

If you haven’t been to MTHRanch&Zoo in Iowa Park you have to go! We loooove it. It’s always so much fun. My favorite part about this place is the happiness. The owners are so kind and the animals always look so happy! They come right up and love on you. It’s def one of my favorite places to be this summer ❤

My kiddo had so much fun 10/10 recommend! I didn’t catch the gentlemen’s name but him and his wife Tracy were so informative!

Had a great time bringing my kids over. Pleasantly surprised with the variety of animals and the ability to hand feed the lemurs, goats and camels. Takes about an hour to experience everything which is the perfect amount of time before toddlers get tired. Phenomenal owners who really care for the animals and take the time to explain a lot of details if you ask. Lastly, very reasonably priced and affordable. Fun outing for the whole family.

The owners are so kind and welcoming. Our 5 and 2 year old kiddos had so much fun! Totally worth it for a quick little family outing. We enjoyed it!

My granddaughters were here for a visit so we took them to Mesuite Tree Hill. What a neat experience. My oldest granddaughter loved interacting with the animals. She got to feed a baby kangaroo and I got to hold a baby kangaroo. It was nice to have someone tell us about the animals instead of a regular zoo where you have to read about everything. Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful. The family and workers are so friendly, friendly and helpful and informative. You get to feed and interact with the animals. It’s just a great time. Wholesome, family fun. We’ll be coming back, again and again. 💜

We visited for a birthday party and fell in love with this place! Owners are friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell their hearts are truly in it. Their collection (furry family would be more apropos) is quite impressive, especially for a relatively small and remote place. A sampler of creatures both commonplace and exotic awaits in well kempt, cross fenced enclosures. If the ground is dry like it was today, most areas would probably (not positive) even be accessible to standard wheelchairs. Treats or bottles are available to feed the animals, and you can even hold the young kangaroos. My favorite part was beyond a doubt how absolutely cherished and well cared for each and every animal is. Do yourself a favor by making the drive out! I can guarantee you'll learn something new!

Google hours are incorrect : Closed for the winter! Drove out during business hours shown, the gate was closed, so I called and was told they are closed for winter. Cute dog though!

We had a great time. The kids were so jazzed with feeding the lemurs grapes. They were so soft and furry.

We had a wonderful time at the ranch/zoo. We’re planning to return for another visit too. Come check it out.
