I had a vibration on my Kubota, 54 inch zero turn mower and called Tri-County power equipment in Jefferson City for assistance in troubleshooting the problem. I spoke with Connie who instructed me to bring the mower in as they would be able to take a look at it within a day or so. I arrived to drop off my mower on Saturday afternoon at which time my mower was immediately diagnosed with deck bearing failure. Connie , after checking with Kabota advised that my mower was still under warranty and that they would be able to begin working on it within a day or two. Monday morning I was contacted by Connie who advised my mower had several bearings that were found to have already failed or were in the process of failing. She further advised that the repair was already finished and the mower was ready to pick up. I have not seen this level of efficiency and professionalism in many years! Excellent service! I would highly recommend Tri County Power Equipment to anyone who may be in need of equipment repair or replacement!

Went on a Saturday before they closed at noon with a friend for a reasonable price for a hay baller barren. He had called ahead of time. The staff had it waiting when we arrived. Nice clean store. Very helpful knowledgeable staff.

I have owned kubota tractors for around 12 years and was dealing with Tyler Brothers and then Kubota Knoxville, but kept having bad experiences so I figured I'ld give these guys a try. Tri County has been a pleasure to deal with over the last couple years. I wish i had found them years ago. The service department cares and Lance Parrish is the man for buying stuff.

We purchased our first tractor from Lance at Tri-County in 2021, right when we purchased some new property. Lance was great and that entire experience was great as well. New property + first tractor, we were pretty clueless on what we needed, but Lance helped us navigate through all of the choices. They even had what we wanted on the lot during the Covid.

After using the first tractor for a year we decided that we probably needed something bigger after we got comfortable with it and discovered all the things you can do with a tractor.

We just finished up with purchase number two from Lance. As expected, this experience was awesome as well. He answered all of our 1 million questions and we went home with a stack of brochures to read and watched a bunch of YouTube and finally made a decision.

Chris was great as well and even came out to the house to look at our trade in. Didn't even have to load it up and take it to the dealership.

We don't even shop around anywhere else. Even if there were a couple bucks to be saved somewhere else, I don't think it would really be worth it. I have no doubt Tri-County will do everything possible to keep us up and running if anything is ever needed.

These folks at Tri-County Equipment in Jefferson City are top notch. I have dealt with several other Kubota dealers and have not received the degree of courtesy and knowledge as I have at Tr-County. All areas in my opinion are outstanding, from sales, to parts, to service. A recent experience with the service department exceeded my expectations and were prompt taking care of my needs. I can highly recommend this dealership for equipment, parts, and service. It is worth my time to travel and deal with this outstanding dealership. Thank you Tri-County, Sam Cogdell

The most (and possibly the only) competent Kubota Service Department in East Tennessee. To begin with...They answer the phone. Something that oddly enough cannot be accomplished at Tyler Brothers in Maryville or Knoxville Kubota. Tri-County has a seasoned and professional team that is well equipped to solve issues that arise. One of their technicians has 30 years of experience and it shows.

After using the Maryville Kubota Service department for six years now, I was determined to search for something better. Dropped my tractor off at Kubota Knoxville for weak hydraulic pressure performance. 3 weeks later and 4 attempts to reach by phone I recieved no response. Finally, I called Sales (they did pick up the phone). So the service manager called me back the next day to tell me "Nothing is wrong with your tractor. We ran it and it feels fine." I asked if he checked the pressure and flow of the system. And he says (are you ready for this...) "we don't have the equipment to do that." Kubota of Knoxville does not have the very basic equipment to check hydraulic pressure and flow! Lord help us.

So I pick the tractor up after sitting in Knoxville for 3.5 weeks....take it directly to Steve and the Service Department of Tri-County. Just a few days later Steve the manager called me and tells me pressure checks out fine at high rpm but not at low rpm. Pump was fine but he suspected a leaky valve. Asked permission to order. A few days later he called to tell me the new valve solved the problem. BOOM! Intelligent problem diagnosis and respect for the customer. These folks even have a constant helper in Connie to ensure the customer is attended to. She texts updates from time to time and let's you know when you need to call in (as missing calls on a farm is an easy thing to do.)

I've got to carry my equipment about an hour and a half away to Jefferson City to get competent service and it is worth every mile.

Well done Steve and Connie and team at Tri-County.

I have never had a bad exsperince at tri county . They have always went out of there way to help me from Paul in Parts to Connie Steve an crew in service . My Veermer Baler had a belt failure one afternoon just getting started on my first cutting hay . I called next morning before time for them to open an the owner answered , I told him my situation an said I know without asking that service is swamped but is there anyway you can help me, he said bring it I'll make it happen . When I rounded the back side of the building you would have thought it was a nascar pit stop . they unhooked it from my truck backed a tractor in front of it the shop door went up an in it went, called me by noon an said come an get it . An I never bought this baler form them , but they have always made me feel like a valued customer , Thanks Tri County .

Repair work on my Kubota tractor and belly mower were both quick and under estimate. Tractor runs like new- definite 5 stars.

Excellent Customer Service!
Lance was extremely helpful in tracking down exactly what I was looking for. Even though I did not end up buying from him, Lance went above and beyond to offer me great service and a very competitive price . I will definitely keep them in mind for any future purchases.

I went in and talked to Lance Parrish about buying a new tractor. Which I ended up buying one that day. What a great guy and straight to the point and went out of his way to make sure I was getting what I needed, did not try to push me into something bigger or attachments I didn't need. Very nice and not pushy at all. Has stood behind everything he told me great place and people to deal with. My new equipment headquarters and look forward to future purchases. Thank you Tri-county.

I live about 150 miles from Tri-County Power and stopped in to get some info on a Kubota sub compact. Lance Parish went over all the functions and features of the BX1880 tractor and answered all of my questions. He was well aware that I live quite a ways away, but didn't try to rush me off the lot. We ended up talking about making a deal and he gave me a very competitive quote on this tractor with delivery included. His customer service and product knowledge are fantastic. All sales guys should take lessons from Lance.

Bought a BX 1880. Awesome machine! My salesman was Lance, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make excellent suggestions for my purchase. Lance was overly honest and fair which I didn’t seem to get from other dealers. Tri County Power Equipments has my business from now on!

As a potential customer, and one somewhat unfamiliar with tractors in general, I very much appreciated the time Lance took to discuss the equipment. He promptly approached me as I was finding my initial direction on the lot (headed toward the equipment on display) He asked what I feel were the right questions, for the equipment's intended use, as well as projected use of various attachments available. I am still narrowing down my options, I would feel confident that I would be purchasing the correct equipment if I return to further discussions on a purchase.

Best service department around but a little pricey. They used to have a winter special for servicing lawnmowers around $200, now around $500. However they do good work.

Lance Parrish is great and very knowledgeable over all the products I was looking at the mowers and my dad was looking at the tractors and Lance knew everything that we asked. I can already tell that this is a very smooth and great mower and will definitely be back whether it is for servicing, need something for it, or looking to buy another machine.

We are very impressed at the level of customer service we have received so far. Lance Parrish demonstrated a vast knowledge of the products they sell, and steered us in the right direction for our property topography and planned use of the tractor. We bought a Kubota BX1880 with the mower deck, loader & bucket. It is awesome! I love this tractor, especially the mower, this is a Cadillac! Thanks, Lance!

I stopped into Tri-County Power Equipment on Tuesday(7/25/17)looking at compact tractors and zero turn lawn mowers. Lance Parrish was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the Kubota product line. Lance was very attentive and focused on what I needed for my property. The facility had lots of inventory and in a great location. I will be back!
