Unfortunately we were out of the area during the time of repair however, thanks to Karson for keeping great communication with me during the replacement of our main sewer line. Most people don’t like dealing with contractors of any kind because you never know if they are be honest. Karson and Option 1 Plumbing 🪠 were very honest about the entire process, price and did a great job!

I just wanna say this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Scott the tech came to do my free estimate of what I had wrong with my home as fat as my water pressure and my pipes around my well and did everything he could to explain what was wrong so that a lamen such as myself could understand. He also broke down the pricing of each option and what it entailed as well as suggesting financing because I was on a fixed income. I didn't have it done that day but will definitely call to get it done in the near future for sure. I would recommend Scott and Option One Plunbing to anyone!!!

Zack A. Was PHENOMENAL this evening. We had a bathroom leak, copper pipe, plaster walls, and this fella came through fixing everything quickly, efficiently, and even cleaned it all up. Unfortunately they could not resolve my issue due to how and where the lines ran, I still wanted to give a positive review on these guys, because they were top notch, respectful, and above all awesome people. I had an issue with my shower leaking to the floor below. Tim Robinson came out and assessed my issue. He gave me my options based on his expertise. He thankfully resolved my issue and made my holiday season brighter. I can tell he really cares about his work and customer satisfaction. He's awesome!

Option one is great, they found a leak that 2 other plumbers couldn't find. They removed the equipment while water mitigation came, and we had our flooring replaced . When it was time to have the units installed, we got next morning installatio. Daniel is our point man and was amazing! He fixed us up quick and is always so kind while being extremely efficient. Price can't be beat either.

Thomas from Option One Plumbing was amazing. He came out to my home to fix a broken pipe and the job took a little longer than expected but he was a man of his word and made sure he got it done !!!! I am definitely going to call again for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Thomas!!

Carson came out from Option One Plumbing and did a phenomenal job with my problem. He went above and beyond what i asked for and even replaced my toilet bolts and “ cleaned the toilet” before he left! It looks brand new. He did a video inspection of my lines, hi pressure wash and chemical flush of all the lines, che led and replaced wax seals and all the extras. Icarson communicated well with me and was honest and straight forward with the service. I highly recommend Carson from Option One Plumbing. Good Job Carson!!!

Karson at Option One gave me a great price on two repairs I needed and got them done in one day. He even stayed late when I had to return a damaged water heater. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything fixed and had running water and hot water before he left. Most plumbers would have clocked out at 5pm and come back the next day. Karson saw everything through to the end.

Zach arrived on time and immediately began assessing our hot water issue. While our hot water tank looked good on the outside, it was clear from taking off the access panel cover that it had long outlived its normal life span. He searched around for the best deal on a new water tank and had gone from York to Pineville and back to do the installation.
The installation had not gone as smoothly as expected. Once the new water heater was installed, we encountered a water pressure drop on the hot water line to the kitchen sink and he stayed here working on the problem until the problem was resolved…
As frustrating as it was for him, he remained courteous and professional the entire time and we certainly could not have asked for a better technician. Thank you for spending the entire day working to get the job done!!! Five stars are not enough for you.

Thomas and Robert were fantastic. They were so thorough and explained everything! And they were so clean putting on shoe covers and cleaning up the job site. This will be my go-to plumbing company for sure.

Zach did a great job with the installation of my hot water heater. He was very professional and prompt with addressing my leaking old heater. I have used Option One previously for toilet repairs and would continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Zak responded very quickly to my problem. He fixed the plumbing under the sink. He connected our sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher to the main drain. He was profesional, expedient, and very knowledgeable. He did great work and clean up afterwards.

I want to give a BIG THANKYOU to Option One Plumbing and Ted who came to my home and repaired mine and my neighbors underground well electrical and waterlines! He sent his picture and info on his arrival time and was here as promised. The lines had been damaged by a stump removal. Ted stayed until very late at night to ensure both lines were working. And did I mention he completed all this work in the dark with intermittent rain! Thanks Again!

I recently faced some plumbing issues and needed assistance urgently. I called Option One Plumbing, and soon after, Ger and Tim arrived to help me out. Ger initially explained the situation and mentioned the possibility of a repipe. They were transparent from the start, providing a complimentary estimate for both a partial and full home repipe.

Though I initially chose a partial repipe, Tim observed that due to the design of my house, it made more sense to consider nearly a full repipe. Naturally, I was concerned about the costs, but both Ger and Tim were understanding. We discussed it and settled on a fair price.

Throughout the process, their professionalism was evident. They were cautious about keeping my home tidy and did a thorough cleanup post-work.
