Lee was awesome. He came out today after we had 2 other companies come out and not find the problem. He was able to determine the problem and have it 100% fixed within 45 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely only use browns in the future and tell everyone about them! Very thankful we have heat tonight!! Thanks again

Great Family Owned local company. They get the job done quickly, at a fair price,and right the first time.. Love that they are "old school" fashion, with great southern hospitality and hard workers. I first tried Brother's HVAC who cancelled my appointment twice. The second time I decided to try Brown's. I called on a Friday afternoon and they came out Monday morning. I didn't have the most complicated repair, but the technician was pleasant and resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction.

I would use them again in the future.

The people at Brown’s are the absolute best! To keep a long story short, after being overcharged (three times) by one of the big hvac companies to who send a kid out with no idea what they are doing, to misdiagnose the problem and try to sell us thousands of dollars of replacement equipment we don’t need. Luckily, a neighbor recommended we get a second opinion from Brown’s HVAC, and so glad we did. Mr. Brown came out and looked at our unit and quickly found the real problem and was able to get it covered under warranty with no cost to us! Our unit has been purring like a kitten ever since!! Brown’s is the only HVAC or Plumbing company we will ever call again, and now we recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. THANKS AGAIN!!!

Browns is an excellent HVAC and Plumbing company. Steve Brown came out to quote a mini-split a/c unit and we were trying to resolve a natural gas leak with our current HVAC co. They had come out the day before after York County Natural Gas confirmed a leak. We thought it was fixed but the next day when Steve was out to look and quote the mini-split he smelled the leak. He would not quote the mini-split until he resolved the natural gas leak. He shut off the gas went to Lowes and got a cap, capped off the pipe, and had his team there within 90 minutes to replace a 12 foot pipe that was under the decking. His team removed the 12 foot pipe, which was riddled with holes from rust and corrosion. We could not believe how quickly they resolved our issue. We are customers for life. Since then, we've had their plumbing team connect a new gas grill and fix a plumbing leak. Sam Brown worked fast and was honest. We now also have a new plumbing company that we will be using going forward.

Used them to check problem with our heating and they came out quickly and repaired what was a simple maintenance issue. The person who came out worked quicky and the charges were minimal and fair. We also used their plumbing service (a separate division) to repair what we thought was something major but turned out to be minor. Charges were fair. Will be using them again in the future!

With the below freezing temperatures, our gas logs wouldn't ignite. Came out same day to get it working. Been using them for years. Installed our heater/ac many years ago. Top notch Customer Service.

Mr. Brown came to our home and immediately made us feel like we made a good choice calling his company. He walked us through all of our options after listening diligently to what our issues were. He even fixed our issue quickly and might have given us 2-3 more years on the unit! We will for sure be using Brown's whenever we need any further service.

Brown's is one of the last few honest companies I've had to contract their services. Although anytime I needed them there was a not so good issue, their service and amazing work made an awful situation end on a positive note. From Ginger's class A customer service to the technicians competent repairs, I would highly recommend this company for any of your AC/Heating or plumbing needs!!

Brown's is the best. I've used them for years for HVAC. I just recently had a plumbing problem, and they were great for that, too.

Got a new water heater. Very pleased.

We were so pleased with our experience with Brown's heating & air conditioning. The technician came out & discovered an insect had gotten into our compressor unit and quickly resolved the issue. We were charged a very minimal fee. Buddy, our technician was so pleasant to work with. He was friendly, efficient and had a very kind, helpful spirit. We will use them for any heating and/or plumbing issues going forward.

I'm so happy we called Mr. Brown!

We bought an older house, and I hired a large A/C company to come do maintenance on a 2003 A/C unit. The technician from large company saw the A/C unit, found a small Freon leak and wouldn't touch the unit to even service it. I had to pay the service fee anyway. We got two estimates, one for repair and one for a new unit. Both were something we couldn't afford.

Two weeks later the unit froze over, and stopped working. We called another large company for estimate. Again, the estimate wasn't something we could afford at the time.

And then we called Mr. Brown. He knew what the issue was immediately. He tightened a few things, topped off our Freon, and got everything up and running even though we had only asked for an estimate. He's getting an estimate up for us, but said the A/C unit will probably last another year or so. I will definitely be calling (and recommending) Mr. Brown for all my future A/C needs.

Very honest People! Had another quote from one of the "big guys" and decided to get a second opinion. Call this company and WOW! The price difference was unbelievable! Highly recommend! Saved me $1500 bucks.

Will not use ANYONE other than Brown's for my home. Had to have all my water lines replaced and then some, Brown's took care of everything. Respectable, courteous and extremely fair on pricing as well. The whole package, don't waste your money on anyone else.
