AT&T Store

Joe the store manager was the best!!!! I came in with a what I thought was a difficult request…. Not to Joe, not only did he handle my requests, he was very good at selling!!! 🤣🤦🏾‍♀🤷🏽‍♀ Yeah he got ALOT of my money!!! And that’s fine! Check out Joe at the Bolivar ATT store he will handle it!!!! 5 STARS

I came into the store to get a new phone and Joe the store manager found savings I was missing out on! The quality of service was fantastic to say the least.

The agent above and beyond to help resolve my problem. His boss or other agent was helpful as well. You don't get that type of help a lot of times these days.

Most helpful and nicest employee! Her name is Joniqua W. and she was the best! I would highly recommend you go to the At&t store in Bolivar, Tn. This is by far the best At&t store I've ever been to!

I have been to this store several times and tried it again. I was more than pleased !!!! Sam Hayes worked with us patiently, took care of all our needs with a new phone we purchased elsewhere, she double check it was working properly, helped us with auto pay and was wonderful. It's nice to see such great customer service and she was all of that and more. ATT needs more workers that care about their customers like this young lady.

I have been with AT&T for over 20yrs. After several calls to AT&T customer service with horrible results about ready to leave AT&T. We decided to go into the store in Bolivar Tn. Caneisha Cayson (I hope I spelled right) assisted us and was not only able to help us but got us into a much better plan that would save us some money and give us the data we needed. Can't thank her enough for GREAT customer service. I hope
AT&T realizes what a GREAT employee they have. She not only helped us but also walk ins to make payments she was by herself and handle it like a pro. A++++ employee.

Our experience was wonderful. We added a line, set up a new phone that we brought into the store, and purchased a new iPhone 13 to replace a phone on a current line. Both representatives were more than helpful during a process that took almost six hours. They set everything up perfectly for us and never acted as if it was an inconvenience to them. Thank you, AT&T!

Great service by Christian at Bolivar Tn. AT&T store. Within a few minutes he took care of my problem. Very well mannered gentleman.

The Bolivar Tennessee store has some excellent people working in there they're so nice they help you right away And I love the atmosphere It was just a very good experience for me that day

Even though the young lady was working alone she handled several people at once so we didnt feel ignored. She was quick and efficient. Very polite even through all the stress.

Great Customer Service and friendly staff. Helped me with iPhone back up and transfer. The transfer took forever but they helped with every step.
