Tom is amazing! We were stopping overnight in Seiverville with our jet ski in tow- when we got to our hotel I did the normal trailer inspection and one hub had the outer bearing go completely out. I called Tom Sunday morning and he was at our hotel in 1 hour. Tom replaced the hub, inspected the other one- and sent us on our way. No problems since! Tom is awesome, we need one of him in every town!

Wow. Tom is awesome!! Smart, friendly, professional, incredible work ethic. We drove cross country to the Sevierville area pick up our new big rig fifth wheel and needed an installer to install a special Gen-Y gooseneck hitch. He had the highest recommendation from All State Trailer in Knoxville. He completed a very difficult job in a decent amount of time. We also hired him to pack bearings on the new rig. Absolutely do not hesitate to hire Tom. He will definitely be our go-to when we return each year. What a find. We are grateful, Tom!!

We arrived in the Gatlinburg, TN area discovering that the shackle straps under our travel trailer had broken. None of the local RV repair companies would service issues under the trailer.
Tom from The Trailer Shop specializes in under-trailer repairs. He came to our campsite the morning after we called and fixed our shackle straps. He also showed us that some of the other straps were about to fail and we had him replace the others as well.
I would have struggled to do this repair myself and Tom was prompt, helpful, did good work, and the bill was reasonable (parts cost less than on Amazon).

While inspecting my 5th wheel suspension, I discovered the bolt holding my leafspring to the front frame hanger was broken in half. I could not tow in that condition. I called the Trailer Shop and Tom was able to come to my campsite that afternoon. He lifted my trailer and replaced the leaf spring bolt in an hour. Tom was very friendly and professional. Best of all, we were able to leave in the morning as planned! Trailer Shop saved the day!

It was Thanksgiving and we had an issue with our trailer (RV) tire. Tom took the call and took the time understand the problem. We didn’t need it repaired the same day so agreed to next morning. Tom showed up at the agreed upon time and got us back up and running for our trip home. If you’re having issues with anything “under” your trailer, I’d call Tom.

10 hours away from home we found ourselves with a bad wheel assembly. Tom went out of his way to come to the campground that we were at to provide an inspection. Our drum and brake assembly needed replacing, and was not a stock item. We had 3 days before heading back home. Tom had the parts overnighted and got us back on the road in time. Thanks for an awesome job, and we appreciate your personal touch!
