My very picky husband ordered the salmon. I thought that was a risky choice but I was wrong. He loved it. I had the perfectly executed Reuben with the exception of their choice of Russian dressing. Not a problem, I had looked at their menu on line and had my own spicy mustard with me. Now it was perfect. Super crunchy fries. We always eat out in the middle of the afternoon so we had fast and friendly service. A pleasant experience all-round. We'll be back.

Located just east of the square in Bolivar, great food has come to Bolivar. From Lasagna and steaks to juicy burgers Bigwave's has the food you crave. Service is excellent too. They have the bar upstairs so those who don't imbibe feel at home on the street level. Upstairs has outdoor dining on the patio. Very neat place for all to enjoy.
