Went to them for the product/equipment i needed. They had the equipment & it was at a good price vs their competition. Friendly staff. Will return. I enjoyed shopping there.

I buy all of my scrubs here, which I go through easily working in the veterinary field. Very big, nice selection plus fitting rooms are open which saved me a lot of returning. Everything I found was discounted, so I saved almost $50. The lady at the counter showed me all the deals and was polite. I always come back when I’m in the area, as it’s one of the few good places in Beaumont to get scrubs. They also have bags and other nursing supplies. The parking is kinda scary, just be careful or your car could get easily damaged.

Ms. Stacey is so sweet!! She greeted me right as I walked in both times I’ve been there. She was talkative which I love because I talk a lot! Also she is real. We were talking about shoes and she was asking if I liked a pair and I said they were alright and she was pretty much like no girl I can tell you don’t really like them. They didn’t have my pants size so she ordered them or me. Only place I’ll go for scrubs.

I went to Frank’s to purchase some scrubs for work and Stacey was super helpful. I will spend too much time trying to decide what to buy but she showed me the brands that would be a good fit for me. Her and William were both friendly and made me feel like I was at home. They have great sales from 20-50% off and a good selection of top trending brands of scrubs. I’ve gotten several compliments today on my Elle lab jacket! So glad I went there instead of buying on the internet.

My company ordered our uniforms from Frank's and Stacey was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help each one of us (5 picky women) choose what we needed and get our monograms done.
Althought, Stacey's co-worker (never introduced herself so we do not know her name but she was pretty young probably 21/22) was extremely rude, not only to us the customers but also to Stacey. This young lady was disrespectful on another level I have never seen in a customer service position. We would of taken our business elsewhere if it wasn't for Stacey's hard work and wonderful customer service.

Frank's has a very good collection of scrubs to choose from and the ladies working there are the best! They made sure I got what I wanted and helped me special order some scrubs in the color and size I needed. I will definitely be using them in the future when I need more scrubs!

I had a really awesome experience here!!! I went to the store and accidentally ordered the wrong color jacket for nursing school. When I realized what I had done Stacey and William helped me fix my errors with ease. I felt valued as a customer and will definitely return in the future!!!

Had a wonderful experience thanks to Miss Stacey. It’s hard to find men’s scrubs in my area so I have to travel to get what I need, thankfully Miss Stacey was so very speedy and helpful in guiding me and showing my options. Awesome! Big selection of scrubs and needed colors at a great price. Also, has all of the extras that I needed too (Who wants to pay $10 for shipping on a pen light from All Heart? And the bags! Yay pockets!)

Stacey is just a delight ! The second I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately. She made me feel at home and gave me exactly what I needed. Once I got to the register I couldn’t believe how affordable it was ! Definitely recommend all future Baptist Hospital Radiology students to Come here !

I’m a first semester nursing student. After orientation I headed to Frank’s to get my scrubs. Just like the other students I wanted to try on my scrubs before buying it. There was 3 fitting rooms all occupied. Ms. Stacy asked me if I wanted to try it on. Instead of waiting she found me a secluded place in the back to try on. However I did not try the scrub top on. I had some bb cream on and didn’t want to stain the shirt. Stacy helped me pick between two white tops. Then helped me get the cpr mask. She had exceptional customer service. Everyone was very nice. I will definitely come back. Also, if you don’t go on orientation days for the 30% off. Any other day with a student id is 20% off. Good luck to ya’ll.

Such a great place to go to buy medical supplies, medical clothes, etc. Staff is super helpful and especially Haley, she is always on top of her job and very organized. She assists you in getting what your need without complaining, and is always working on something!

Solved my 3 week long problem of getting a surgical shoe within minutes. The ladies were wonderful, smiling, friendly and I will definitely return for any needs I might have for medical equipment. Dont waste your time going to other medical suppliers.

Ordered some uniforms for my wife, fully expecting them to take a couple of weeks to locate, as my wife is short, and needs petite pants.

Lo and behold, 3 days after I ordered them, the uniforms arrived...all correct, all the correct colors. A DEFINITE 5 star recommend!

Ms. Stacy is always so helpful and with a smile. She is the reason that I won't shop anywhere else for my scrubs! I have never had a bad experience or left without a smile!

Nice and helpful staff, if they don't have your size on hand they will order it. Great prices, even better than many sites online. Do wish they had a store located in Port Arthur, as it is hard to make it to the Beaumont location.

This is the place to go when you're searching for hard to find medical supplies. If they don't have it, they will get it. The staff are very nice and helpful. It's a little hard to find and it's an older building, but that kind of stuff doesn't bother me.

I love my scrubs so much when they were out of stock Stacey got me fixed up by ordering me my brand that she recommended to me the other time I purchased them
