Fay's Flowers & Gifts

I have never seen fresher prettier flowers in my life and the arrangements are ALWAYS beautiful. Love that they deliver. Might be a different name now but still the same stellar service and product.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day that were never delivered. That wouldn’t have been a problem, but I have never been able to get a hold of them via phone. Finally was able to get a response after commenting on a Facebook post where they confirmed a refund and stated it would take 14 days for the refund to be issued. It never was, so my mother tried to talk to them at the shop as she lives in the area. She has gone to Fay’s numerous times during posted business hours, but no one was there. Called, left voicemails, sent Facebook messages, and everything else I could think of. Called the Flower Shop Network 16 days after refund was “confirmed” and they show NO record of cancellation or refund. I finally had to call the Flower Shop Network again where they are having to issue refund on their end. It’s 6 weeks after the fact and I’m still out $118. Do not order flowers from Fay’s. You will be sorely disappointed.
