ECP Computers is the gold standard when it comes to customer service. They are knowledgable, fast, and most importantly incredibly friendly. I had some PC issues so I called around to other shops and no one would even look at my PC for less than $150 to run diagnostics. Then I called EPC and they ran diagnostics for free! They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my PC for 1/3 the price I would have had to spend elsewhere and had a fast turnover too. I was already sold on them but 2 weeks after I got my PC back my power supply went out, so I called EPC and they helped me over the phone to try and troubleshoot the issues but I had to take it back in. Initially thinking I was going to have to buy a proprietary part which I was not looking forward to. Once I got to the shop they went above and beyond and researched different power supplies and found one that would work. They swapped the power supplies out for me right then and there and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I can not recommend them enough! So if you are in the Southeast Texas area and you have any computer issues or are in the market for a PC PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check out EPC, I promise you that you will not be disappointed!

Today me and my husband visited ECP Computers for the first time and was waited on by Brandell (Brandyl). As I listened to him and my husband talk about increasing ram in a computer, storage, a NAS device, gigabytes, and so much more, I knew we were in the right place. Brandell was SO very knowledgeable, patient, honest about pricing, and on what they could or could not do, and genuinely seemed to love his job. Even though we left without purchasing anything I will still highly recommend this store for your needs. Thanks for an amazing experience.

I recently moved from out of town and had problems with my gaming pc I called every gaming/tech ppl around 50 miles radius ECP Computers was the only 1 knew how to help me with my problems & they have nice gaming pc available for a reasonable price go check them out for yourself this the place to go to for gaming issues for sure

Went to have a pc upgraded and was perfectly helped. Only told had a couple issues with the build but everything was fixed and great by the time I got it back.

I had some issue with my gaming pc(crashes after a session) couldn’t figure it out myself so I figure dropping it to ECP Computer maybe they can help. Long story short, forth of July weekend I wanted my computer back for the weekend then bring it back to them when the weekend over, went to pick up my computer the guys had ton of helpful tips and info for me. The info and tips they gave me works, So now my computer is running better then ever!! I don’t how to thanks them because it is kinda rude of me picking up my computer before they had a chance to work it. Anyways THANKS SOOO MUCH ECP COMPUTER!! The BEST TECH SHOP IN TOWN!!!

Great place to go, was worried because I took my top tier streaming and gaming pc there but after talking with Brandell while dropping it off I knew it was in good hands. Gaming enthusiasts, Very knowledgeable, and very quick work. Would definitely go back!

These guys are awesome! My laptop computer suddenly stopped working so I took it in. They discovered my motherboard was no good and even backed up my data to an external drive! I am forever a loyal customer from this day on! Bravo guys!

If you are a small to medium business in the Beaumont area and not using Jonah, Brandell and the other fine folks at ECP for all of your computer, IP, security cameras and burglar alarm systems you are spending more and getting less.
We have used them personally and for the business for 15 years and there is no other provider that fills our needs at so affordable a cost with such a degree of professionalism.

I was having a issue with my son PS4 overheating. I took it to the store and they were able to replace the fan in the console . Thank you ECP my son is extremely happy now.
