The entire office staff was so kind to me! They were able to squeeze me into an already jam packed day and I was so grateful! The services and treatment were top notch! Candace, Debbie and Megan truly went above and beyond to help today! Houston even came in to just say hi! If you're looking for a friendly place where you know you will get amazing treatment, this is the place to go! Thank you all!

I love the staff at Merkel Resource Care! My dad and I are both patients here. The staff is always so amazing! I've never had to wait long to be seen. They work with you on scheduling. Meagan is the best! She always takes time to talk with me. She makes me feel like a friend not just a patient. I can't say enough good things about them. If you want friendly, knowledgeable small town care then go see the staff in Merkel!

I love this clinic. It was my first visit and I couldn't be more satisfied. They're very thorough very professional and very sensitive to my needs and my feelings.
I will continue with my primary care at this clinic. I recommend it to everybody.
They work with you with your whatever needs you have and they have community resources available to help people.

Fantastic staff! Dr Houston was very attentive and understanding. The diabetes nurse explained everything to make sure I had it under control. Because of their work and attention to detail, I got my A1C down from 12.5 to 6.8 in 3 months! love these people ❤

Well I'm very satisfied my daughter has seen both Megan and Houston and I think alot of both ...from front desk and back they all are great they go out of there way get my daughter taken care of and to make her smile even when she feeling really bad ..am thankful for all they due

Dr. Shoonmaker and the staff at resource care are awesome. My husband also really likes them. I would refer anyone who asks me about a good doctor or facility to go there.

I work here but, when I came in as a patient super sick, they flew into action to try and help me feel better.. Carol and Tressie and Meagan were amazing. I love them as workers but even more as nurses!! The whole staff always goes above and beyond!!!! I love RC in Merkel. Thank you girls for making me feel better!!!!!

I highly recommend Resource Care at Merkel to anyone! The facility was spotless, the staff was warm and friendly. They made me feel as if we had all known each other for years, even though we just met! Houston Schoonmaker, PA, not only knows the medical side but has the ability to listen, which is rare these days! The Center has everything you need including lab work done on site!

Hands down the best place to go. The dentist was super nice and made sure he let me know what was happening at all times. I had no pain during an extraction. The staff was amazing and very well spoken. All around good people I highly recommend them.

Houston (the PA) is awesome... he explains everything in your bloodwork and all of your options. He is very courteous. All of the staff that I have encountered were very nice and professional.

I went to the Dental Clinic 🦷 yesterday in Merkel and it was great! Nice and caring people! They listen to you're needs! I highly recommend them! I Guarantee it's worth the short drive! I will be back! Thanks

I enjoyed the new doctor Houston,he was very nice and he listened to me and explained in detail what was gonna happen on my next visit,I would definitely recommend him!!!He listens to what I have to say and we both figure out a plan, the front desk and nurses are great also, always been nice to me!
