Incredibly hospitable. Helped me when my battery died on the way to my location (and I thankfully coasted my car into their parking lot). They understood my situation and set me up to get the help I needed. They can definitely take care of any car needs you may need, so I highly recommend this location!

Dudes were really cool. However one of the guys hit on me. He was getting off work and asked me if I wanted a drink at a place down the road. I guess it cause I had just got off work and still had a suit on maybe he thought since I depressed well I don't know. Good dude tho. We ended up getting a drink and he bought me dinner and more drinks. Then I called an Uber after about 20 drinks AT LEAST. I highly recommend this place!

Steve went over and above to help with a belt that was squealing on a Ford F-150 to the point where he had a calipers out checking bearing specs on pulleys and even to the point where he pulled parts off an old engine he had to check bolts/pulleys. I was at a loss and he helped to resolve the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Always a good visit here. Prices are close enough to others like autozone, but here you get slightly better parts and the person's running the store are very knowledgeable, to the level a typical mechanic at a shop. They are very good with children, polite, and patient. I pray that small businesses like this stay in business.

We went in looking for a starter for a Terex man-lift and one of the employees spent over 40 minutes helping us. We were just about to call it quits and order the part when something else occurred to him and they had the part! Saved the day for us big time! Thanks so much for taking the time to really research and having such patience with us.

Probably the most helpful auto parts store I've ever been to. The guys are very knowledgeable and offer recommendations but never get pushy or judgemental if you go a different way. Clean store and friendly staff.

I called NAPA Auto in Trenton, Illinois. I spoke with Dave, I believe that is his name. I need a part for my vehicle and he went above his duties I know. We hung up and I received a call a couple hours later. The part I need is obsolete. I need a rear wheel axle assembly for my minivan. I will get part the first week of June when my check clears the bank. Mopar stopped making the part. I need to get part at the auto junkyard. I think his name is Doug or John. He's a good guy and NAPA Auto sells stuff cheaper than other auto parts stores.

The service we got today was extraordinary!!! The gentleman helping us spent a lot of time helping me locate an odd part. He was so patient and helpful and was able to send me home with the correct part. Thank you !!!
