Even if you have trepidation about the dental chair, do not fret. Dr. Woodson is highly intelligent, personable, and knows her stuff. Even a root canal was not painful because of her phlebotomy expertise.

I don’t usually fill these out unless I feel like people really need to know about a business either for the wonderful service they give or the horrible. I’ll have to say this is horrible. I went to see her in June 2023 and she let me know I would need a deep cleaning among other things. Mind you I went In because I had a terrible toothache. She explained I would need the deep cleaning first. Ok, I’m not a dentist so sure. First visit $189. Second visit $590. For the same cleaning on each side of my mouth. The woman at the front was extremely passive telling me I owed $590 like that’s a normal amount for someone to pay without knowing they had to pay that. They never once talked with me about a dental plan, costs, my insurance. Nothing. Just charged me and sent me on my way because come to find out the dentist couldn’t even do the damn procedure I needed done! I truly felt and feel scammed. They knew what they were doing and I see from other reviews this isn’t the first time. I ended up needing an emergency root canal that I basically paid for out of pocket because Dr. Woodson’s office didn’t inform me about the costs of the work she did. I found a wonderful dentist down the street who is working with me and open and honest, I’d advise you all to look elsewhere if you’re thinking about going to her or ask all the questions up front so you don’t scammed. Then had the audacity to call and tell me I have a balance of $44 how would I like to take care of it?! I don’t and won’t be taking care of it!!! Good luck to anyone who goes here!!

From the beginning the constantly smiling dentist with overnice attitude made me very suspicious, so I was not surprised to receive an estimate in the amount of 50k with very wide smile and another offer finance it with some credit company.
Sometimes it is good strategy to play a naïve person so that the other party openly tries to milk you.
and it is the only dentist place in my whole life which bothers me with offers all the time by email.
I am more surprised that I am the only one writing about such event at this place.

Dont be victimized, place is nice but the service was bad, I was a pt before and the one they told before my procedure is different from the results. And I was ignored when I was not happy with the results.
