My new favorite restaurant. The corned beef on St Patrick's day was the absolute best my wife and I have ever had. The chicken fried chicken looks just like the picture, taste is amazing (better than Texas Roadhouse) my hat goes off to the cook, because you can tell it's prepared with care, hat goes off to the wait staff because they are beyond on top of everything and very friendly. The prices are amazing as well! Every restaurant in bloomington has made it so we don't even want to go out anymore, but here is manageable even with gas from bloomington included. Keep up the awesome awesome work 👏

We just found this jewel since it's remodel and I must say it is the best around. We have enjoyed everything we have eaten there and the service and staff are amazing!!!! Love this place ❤

We went twice over the weekend. Everything was fantastic. If I’m ever that way again I will go out of my way to eat there.

Loved this place the broasted chicken, coleslaw and chicken livers were wonderful.If ever in this area again I will be eating here again.The owner and staff are super friendly!

The food here is very good and astonishingly inexpensive. Their chili is probably the best I've ever tried (haven't had any that good since my grandma's), as are their omelettes & coleslaw (I don't even like coleslaw). Great pies, daily all you can eat specials, they have a huge menu & you can get breakfast all day. Basically everything here is phenomenal. Clean restaurant with friendly employees. The fact that they don't serve real butter with the meals is the only downfall. Update as of November 2020: They've really raised their prices here & it's no longer astonishingly inexpensive. It's almost overcharging for what you're given, but still very good food.

Every time we have been here the food has been great the service has been awesome and the remodel is beautiful! Hands down the best walleye I've had anywhere around here

Very inviting, friendly staff, and the waitresses are very cordial and attentive. Full breakfast menu served any time of day. I had perch filets and they were quite good. Easy access from I-55 in Atlanta Illinois. Definitely on my Keepers list. Clean and Fresh.

Great food, service 💯, and prices, restaurant seemed very clean.... only thing is please wash dishes a little better my fork was dirty but will not be taking any stars away only because this IS A GREAT PLACE to stop

Just ordered the grilled cod with carrots, salad and tater tots.
WOW, fantastic fish and more than enough. And very reasonable priced.

The manager came out to check on us and make sure ALL was good. That's always reassuring, to me.
Our waitress was fantastic too!

This is a retro 1950s Cafe almost on route 66, it is a retro-style 1950s Cafe diner originally decked out and all Chrome chairs and tables it's been modernized due to the longevity of the tables and chairs. With that said it is very clean and the owners are top-shelf kind and the food is exceptionally good for a off the road eatery. The prices are extremely fair and once again we stop there every time we pass through that neck of the woods on purpose is so nice and enjoyable and friendly and clean and good good food I can't say enough about it!

Happened to stop by on our 9 hour trip for dinner and was very happy we did. Very good food (walleye and a Reuben) along with great service and price point. Planning to stop again on our way back.

Made an unscheduled stop here when I saw "All You Can Eat Walleye" on the sign at the road. Fantastic food... the best fried walleye I've ever had, and I've fried up my own fresh catch in northern Minnesota! Staff was super friendly, and the prices were unbeatable.
