Timbercrest Veterinary Service - Atlanta

A friend referred me to Timbercrest when I first got my pup, listening to their advice was the best decision I’ve made. The staff is super kind and friendly, the organization is professional as a whole, and they’re always giving reminders to keep my dog up to date on all his records and appts. They’ve taken care of my dog from his first shots, neutering, injury, and regular checkups. I would recommend them to anyone!!

We feel like they really care and they want what is absolutely best for our animals. We couldn't do this all without them!

I've been coming to Timbercrest for about 15 years now and I have never experienced better customer care...anywhere! And it is consistent. No matter what the issue or type of service, you can always count on it being nothing less than a positive encounter from the first phone contact to the followup after the service. The staff are professional, caring, even loving me through the sad times. It just doesn't get any better than this. <3

The doctors and staff are really great. You can tell how much love they have for your pet.

Timbercrest is the best bet around. All of the staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. Our boys both love the staff and their visits to see Dr. Fluty.

I moved back to Lincoln in November 2015 after living in Chicago for 30 years. I was worried about finding a good veterinarian. I worried unnecessarily. From our first appointment, I’ve been quite pleased with Timbercrest and all of the staff. My soon to be 12 year old ShihTzu, Sadie Grace has been in good hands. From the routine appointment to an eye infection to an anal gland problem, she’s been treated terrifically!. Professional. Loving. Caring. Fantastic at explaining. We are in GREAT hands!

I will never go to different vet!! Doctor Flooty is amazing with my fur babies treats them as they were hers. You can tell she really cares. Krista and everyone else there also care and are very friendly!! I recently just took my fur baby Gracey after she passed . They were very empathetic and I also just received a molding with her paw print on it which I didnt expect at all, and a card from all off them there. This made our day . just the sweetest and most thoughtful thing they could do. Thank you so much for caring!!! Oh and their prices are very reasonable. I highly reccommend timber crest in Atlanta, Illinois. And Doctor Floor and Krista and everyone that works there. Your fur babies are in great hands❤

My puppy (almost one year old) loves going to Timbercrest.

I have been taking my dog there for the past 3 years and I have never loved a vet more in my life. They are very nice and are always making sure that your pets care is the highest priority. I recently moved about 45 minutes away from them I still take my dog to see them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet that is friendly and always happy to see you and your pet and give them the best care imaginable.

They were amazing with my very nervous pitbull. He is high anxiety when it comes to new places and despite his loud barking, they were very calm, treated him like a good boy, and he calmed down and took everything naturally.

The veterinarian that handled my dog was amazing! I will never take my pets anywhere else.

Absolutely love them, they are very professional and caring. They got right down to finding out our sweet Chewy had cancer, when previous vet couldn't. Was so supportive from beginning until the heartbreaking end, and after. Will continue with these wonderful people and business. Highly recommend.

I was actually more apprehensive than my dog. He leaves the yard pretty much only once a year, trip to the vet and there are memories suffice to say...anxious.
My first time here in my new community. I found a reception as nice as my living room clean (better really). I'd just completed a short new patient form and I'm ushered in.
My buddy had an ingrown hair that went rogue on his paw and I needed his nails clipped. Yes I recommended a muzzle. They had it on before Buddy or I even realized! I love my dog but I WAS NEVER able to be that smooth.
I watched the two examine, test, clip, vaccinate and all was over in less than 5 min.
I could not get over how passive he was to the immediate strangers.
This is my loved one and on a fixed income discussion needed to be had.
Again, triage of information made it super simple of the best way to go.
Buddy liked the treats, I loved the calm and professional care.

Brought my golden in to Timbercrest. All of the ladies here were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and informative. They took my dog in even though we are traveling and from out of state. Top notch vets. Thank you so much for taking care of Tater.

This vet helped my cat, Eustace through losing his front leg. The vet called to check up on his progress and the other staff members are so nice and caring. Eustace doesn't even fight me when loading him in his carrier. I'm so grateful to have found a place I feel comfortable taking my animals. They are not pushy when it comes to extra services. Their pricing is comparable to other places. I would definitely recommend this place again and again! Thank You Timbercrest!

I love Timbercrest and the staff! We have been with them for almost 10 years and I'm so thankful we have. They have taken excellent care of our fur babies always, and the pups LOVE going to see them - whether it's for a check up or for a stay! The staff/vets are always professional and so very good with the dogs.
