The therapists, both Dan and Tessa were wonderful to work with. They both pushed me to do what needed to be done and I appreciated the help that I received from them both.

My recouperation was better than I had expected or thought that I could achieve. I would definitely use this facility again. The entire staff was awesome.

I was initially skeptical of any successful increase in range of motion, based on years of back pain. In only a few weeks of therapy with Dan, I have become much more flexible and mobile with much less overall pain. I highly recommend giving therapy a try...Dan would be a good place to start.

The staff, from the front desk and therapists at PTSE in Chillicothe were very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional.
They listened to my concerns and gave good advice about keeping my health gains. I also received several print outs that I use at home to keep my health, now that it has returned. Thanks to the staff for their support and kindness.

I came to the PTS facility in Chillicothe, illinois on April 11, 2023. I had just had my knee replaced and started on my PT journey the day after surgery. All of the staff from the front desk, Kathy, to the PT specialist, Dan, and his interns, Alex and Tessa, were great! I know a lot of people dread going to PT but the team made me feel so comfortable that I looked forward to going to my appointments!! I'm a little sad that my PT is finished but I'm more than happy to go back if I have any more issues! I would give the team there an A++++ rating!!

I came in a patient after 2 years of off and on pain in my right arm due to an injury. The therapist at PTS was able to use some very simple exercises to reduce my pain by 90%+ and set me on the road to full recovery and strength. Very happy to have had this experience and would highly recommend.

My post hip replacement physical therapy was excellent. The staff is very professional and friendly while giving me a great plan for full recovery.

Can't say enough about the staff at the Chillicothe office. I highly recommend them. Good group of caring people who treat you like family. They ask you what your expectations are and explain what your goals should be to get there, then help you throughout the process to meet those goals. If I ever have to go in for physical therapy again I am definitely going back to them.

I arrived @ PTS, Chillicothe, IL a few weeks ago in severe pain and with a weakened left shoulder. An Orthopedic Surgeon referred PTS as an alternative treatment to total shoulder (reverse) arthroplasty. Dan Routh and staff are miracle workers! My shoulder is twice what it was when I walked in the door, and my pain minimalized.

I went to PTS after an illness that left it extremely difficult for me to walk. Dan and Christy are knowledgeable and compassionate therapists. I gained strength after every visit. I was soon able to walk without the assistance of a walker. The facility is well equipped and Cathy, the receptionist/scheduler, was very helpful with my appointments and insurance questions. I would highly recommend PTS to my family, friends and others looking for quality, compassionate care.

They genuinely care about their patients. They listen to your concerns and work with you to find the best therapy options. Will certainly go back here if I ever need therapy services again. Everyone there is very kind and take the time to explain anything if you have questions.

I have had two experiences with my rotator cuff where I received therapy. The first time I did get better with treatment. The second time when I re-injured it, I did not improve unfortunately. I ended up getting a cortisone shot. The therapists were great and worked hard to make me better. I would definitely return as needed in future.

I was a bit skeptical about how well physical therapy would work on me, but I am so happy that after just 2 months my pain is a lot less and I now know what to do when it flares up. They were all so nice and answered all my questions.

Wonderful people at this location. I have had two knee replacements and they did great work on getting me back to normal. Would recommend to everyone.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for physical therapy. Dan put me on a program that gave me favorable results in a short time. The staff is wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend PTS in Chillicothe, Il. Dan and his associates are very experienced and caring people. I saw them for a frozen shoulder and I now have an improved range of motion & no pain.

I didn’t even know this place existed and I’m sad because It is a wonderful atmosphere and Great staff. I felt really comfortable and I get a bit nervous in places like that hahaha. But They helped me fill everything out and had me laughing a lot. I would truly recommend everyone to come here ❤❤

The staff is very pleasant and they treat you as if you are a member of the family. They were very helpful in helping me become more mobile.
