They were very helpful after towing my car from a bad accident near Macomb. Definitely good people to do business with.

Guy was quick, polite, and honest. Out of all the people I called he was the nicest on the phone, and was up front about everything.

I have dealt with Luke on a few occasions and I've never had a negative experience. His tow truck drivers are friendly and honest and I've never felt as though he's cheated me in any way. I have only sold him junk cars but he is prompt in returning my calls and when he says he's going to be there at a certain time then he WILL be there.

The only good thing that happened when my car stopped on the highway to Boston was that I had a business card of English towing so I called them. They came with a truck and towed me to the nearest auto shop. Nothing to complain about everything was perfect except my car that leaves me on the road two times for the last 3 months.
